Great PC and Service!
Ordered a PC back in December after seeing some good reviews for this business. 5 months later, it's still running great and is all I ever wanted from a pre-built.
The product arrived carefully packaged and was easy to get started with. Customer service was quick to respond to questions and willing to assist in any way possible. There really isn't much to say beyond praise.
Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely Smashing
Bought a PC on a whim as my older unit was getting on in age and was failing, saw an advert on Instagram for Gotraka and thought why not!
Gotraka was absolutely faultless, customer service was spot on for helping me pick parts and perform the installation even once the PC had already been built.
The PC itself came beautifully built, cable management was superb and packaging was robust enough to ensure a safe journey.
Bonus for all of the packaging to be recyclable!
I'll definitely be reaching out to them for any future installations and kit.

Thank you to the team - custom gaming PC
I ordered a custom gaming PC (where I chose the parts myself) on the 24th of March, and only 3 days later it had already arrived at my home, fully built and ready to go, which was way faster than I expected.
I have to say their support and care was phenomenal - I initially messed up my choice and contacted customer support for a cancellation, and they got back to me straight away which let me put in another order. They also were patient with me asking for advice on what build to get.
The computer arrived in perfect condition from shipping - it was very well packed with reliable foam padding to protect the inside of the case, and all was very clean (no fingerprints or anything) with film still protecting the glass on the case. Everything was of course exactly as I specified in my custom order and running perfectly. I'm enjoying my games all in ultra settings now.
There was a cute handwritten little message inside one of the small boxes and a packet of candies (which I actually ate while setting it up, thank you :))
I can tell they really care, and I'm very happy I got my PC from gotraka. Thank you for the awesome PC!

Lack of reliability when issues come up
I purchased a bespoke PC from Gotraka in October 2025. The machine developed serious faults shortly after delivery and was returned for inspection. When it came back, it was in worse condition, and although a full refund was agreed, it was not processed despite repeated follow-ups.
I ultimately had to escalate the matter through my credit card provider under Section 75, and the refund was issued through them. Staff were polite, but the process involved significant delays and poor follow-through. I hope this helps future customers make informed decisions.

We’re sorry to hear about the issues and the frustration caused. After receiving your PC, it was in use for several weeks before a fault developed with one of the components. As this was covered under warranty, we promptly arranged for the system to be returned to us for inspection and repair.
Following your initial message, we responded quickly and carried out an inspection and found that a component developed a fault which we replaced., as part of our commitment to supporting you.
We appreciate that you had positive comments about our after-sales service.
I am terribly sorry that when we re-shipped the PC back to you it was unfortunately damaged during transit by the courier. We understand that this is not ideal and we took it up with the courier partner to help mitigate this from happening again. We then promptly refunded you once the item was collected and returned back to our facility.
Over twice the RRP - profiteering
Item delivered on time and in decent condition but profiteering off a lack of supply. It was over twice the RRP but as it was a birthday present and was the only compatible device for the PlayStation we had no choice. Very sad to have companies taking advantage of consumers

We understand your concerns about the pricing, and we’d just like to add a bit of context around what’s been happening in the components market recently. The industry has been quite volatile, particularly due to shortages of RAM and SSDs, which has led to noticeable price increases across the board. Unfortunately, this has pushed procurement costs up significantly for ourselves as well.
We always try our best to keep the impact on our customers as small as possible, but in many cases the cost of sourcing these components has increased a lot compared to previous periods. It’s certainly not a case of us trying to profiteer! it’s simply a reflection of the wider supply situation affecting the whole market.
That said, we genuinely appreciate you sharing your thoughts, and feedback like this helps keep us accountable and focused on offering the best possible value we can. Thanks again for taking the time to leave your review.
Room for improvement
I purchased a pc, and am generally happy with it.
The good: Value and delivery time.
Not so good: Undocumented case substitution. The case my pc came with was not the same as pictured at the time of purchase, and I was not informed.
Build quality: alignment of the motherboard with the case cut-outs was poor, to the extent that some external ports could not be plugged into due to case metals blocking them.

Company advertising items at low price
Company advertising items at low price, take your money then tell u not item not in stock, went back on there site item relisted 3x the price ,scanning anybody they can. So avoid the company.

Pc arrived well packed and worked as should. Few minor issues but sorted by the amazing customer service. Seriously this company has without a doubt some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Great overall shopping experience.

After recovering from a TBI I wanted…
After recovering from a TBI I wanted to treat myself to a gaming pc this company was recommended but sadly it has been a disappointment. took ages to send the pc when I got it they only put 1tb SD should have been 2 also WiFi was not explained properly so they charged me another £45 to upgrade motherboad then had to wait a further 3 weeks when it come back it sounds like a jet engine even when i changed the temps and not playing a game! Plus there a constant red light flashing on top near the power button when I phoned customer service they said it's nothing to worry about they did not care that I had concern for health and safety reasons that this pc could overheat.Have not been able to use the pc since because I had a seizure and fell over so recovering from that. I just wanted to inform everyone this company has disappointed me after spending over £1700.00

Overall, a very good PC component seller. Good selection and competitive prices. The only caveat is the shipping: orders are sometimes shipped in several separate packages.

When customers order for the standard delivery we can cross dock the shipments when goods are transferred from one warehouse to the other for single shipments.

Excellence Delivered to Scotland
Delivery was wee bit late due to a storm in the south of England,but they kept me informed and it arrive a few days later.Well packed and extremely happy with it's performance and visual appearance.Did not get touse it for a couple of weeks as I was going away for Xmas,but really enjoying the experience.Everything I hoped it would be and more.Would recommend without hesitation.Best wishes to all involved in the process and have a happy New Year John Ferguson

Really good customer service
I bought a pre-built gaming PC and although I did have to briefly return it for an issue to be sorted, the process was so quick and the overall customer service so good that I was still really pleased with my purchase. The PC is now running great, seems to be well built, and I would definitely try Gotraka again. The speed of customer service response compared to some of the larger PC companies I've dealt with was a breath of fresh air.
