I sent my 12 inch MacBook to this company for a replacement screen. They had previously informed me that this screen was taken from another similar laptop as they could not source a new screen. I was informed that the screen was in acceptable condition. The screen is covered in noticeable marks so I would rate this as moderate quality.
The machine does but boot up to the login screen on first attempt, several power ups are required to reach the login screen. I am not asserting blame to this company. I suspect some hardware problems were caused when the laptop was dropped. However, would you knowingly return a faulty laptop to a customer without communicating this matter?

I got the feeling that this company is simply chasing the money.

I had a broken LCD on a 2019 Macbook Pro and brought it in to the store on a Tuesday. I was quoted a week for the repair to be completed. I was pleasantly surprised to be called to be informed that the repair was finished less than 48 hours later! New screen looks great and truetone works as expected. I am pretty sure I could have completed this repair myself (ex Mac Genius) but would have spent more money and probably caused more damage if I tried. Overall I am very satisfied with the repair and would recommend this company to others.

I m not easy on giving reviews when it comes to repairs but I decided that I have to spare some words to say how good fast and easy and how much money I saved compared to an apple store repair. The screen is new and beautiful my Macbook Pro M3 Max is like new.

I would strongly advise anyone to think very carefully before using this company.

My experience has been extremely poor from start to finish. What should have been a straightforward screen repair turned into a month-long ordeal with constant delays, unclear communication, and inconsistent information.

Initially, I was told the repair would be completed quickly. This then changed to a much longer wait due to lack of stock, which was not communicated upfront. After requesting a refund and return of my device, it was sent back in a worse condition than when I originally provided it, leaving it unusable.

Following further back-and-forth, I was effectively forced to return the laptop again just to get it into a usable state. While the screen has now been replaced, the device has come back with additional physical damage to the chassis, including visible scuffing and signs of impact that were not present before.

Throughout this process:

* Communication was inconsistent and often reactive rather than proactive
* Timelines were repeatedly missed or changed
* I had to chase for updates and resolution
* The handling of the device raised serious concerns

This has cost me significant time, disruption to my work, and unnecessary stress.

In the end, the only way to get a working device was to continue engaging with them after multiple failures, which should not be the case for a paid repair service.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Repaired the screen on my Apple Watch Series 4, when Apple dismissed me due to the age of my device. It was a really easy booking service; all done online. Royal Mail collected and returned my parcel. Great communication throughout via email and text. I would definitely use this service again!

I was slightly reluctant to send my Apple Watch to a company I’d found on the internet, however I had good communication and a new battery was fitted. I’ve worn the watch now and am really pleased with the battery replacement. Apple weren’t interested in replacing the batter they suggested I buy a new watch!
