Absolutely brilliant service from Fixfitbits. From my initial enquiry regarding repair of my charge2 screen it took five days to receive my Fitbit back looking like new! Louis kept me informed at each step and the whole process was seamless. Well done and thank you!!

Fixfitbits is an outstanding repair company. Fast and very reliable. The cracked screen only Versa was replaced . Service was excellent and communication was spot on and informative. Definitely a company to use. They are brilliant !!!

Repair of my Fitbit Sense
Repair of my Fitbit Sense, it had a crack running from top to bottom of the screen, so required replacing. I found Fixfitbits on a Google search, requested a quote which was received promptly, sent my Fitbit Sense to them and it was returned within a week and is now as good as new. Brilliant service, I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service, perfect repair
Excellent service, perfect repair of my Fitbit Charge 3. Lines had appeared on my Charge 3, which got increasingly worse, the screen went darker, so I couldn't see the screen at all. I found Fixfitbits on a Google search, posted my Fitbit to them on a Thursday, I received a response from Fixfitbits the next day and my Fitbit was returned back to me, the following Wednesday, less than a week turnaround. It is now as good as new. Brilliant service, I would definitely recommend. Thank you Fixfitbits!

Detached Fitbit Versa 2 screen
The whole of my display screen became detached from the body, I sent it off for repair on Tuesday 21st and had it back by Saturday 25th, what excellent service. I'll certainly use Fix Fitbits for any future repairs.

I planned to make a screen replacement for my Fitbit Versa 3 this week, it was sent to this company they gave me the best price out of all the quotes and within the same week, the repair was done. Highly recommended the company as very trustworthy and reliable would recommend it to another customer who has any problems or replacements that need to be fixed!

Brilliant service
Contacted Fix Fitbit’s on the internet, what a great service, sent my fit bit off to them and it was returned within days repaired and I’m very happy with the work done.very reasonable price charged. Can’t fault them at all. Would recommend this company to anyone.

I would highly recommend 'Fix Fitbits' for repairs on cracked screens.
I sent my fixbit versa 2 for repair and it was repaired and returned within 4 days. Everything is working well and I now have lovely new screen.
Apart from a very speedy service, I found Louis kept me informed, which gave me confidence in the service.
I would highly recommend this service.

LCD SCREEN FOR FITBIT CHARGE 2
My fitbit charge 2 had the screen scratched and damaged. Searched on line and came accross Fixfitbits. They have replaced the LCD screen and I am very pleased. The communication with the company has been second to none throughout the process.

Excellent service
Excellent service. From time of me posting the fitbit, being repaired and being posted back to me it was less than a week. Also kept updated about receipt of fitbit, repairs required and notification of posting back to me. Couldn't of asked for a better service. Price was also good. Fitbit is as good as new.
