Was a little uneasy about sending off my Fitbit sense in the post and then paying for a new screen in advance. Delighted to have it back with a brand new screen all working perfectly. Communication from the Fixfitbit team was excellent too.

Excellent service from Louis and the team. I scratched my watch bouldering (I won’t be wearing a watch bouldering again!) and they made my Fitbit look brand new again. I think we should all be making an effort to extend the life of electronics for environmental purposes and this company do a great job.

Excellent service. Filled in the repair form online, email next day asking a few questions about the fault and said the could fix it. Sent to them in the post, they received it Wednesday morning, fixed it and I got it back Saturday afternoon via dpd. Kept in touch throughout the process and much cheaper than replacing it which is all fitbit themselves would offer. Issue was a faulty screen which still didn't work after all the suggestions but fixfitbit repaired no issues, would recommend.

My Charge 3 screen was black all the time. I posted to them on a Thursday afternoon and received it back on the following Thursday despite there being a Bank Holiday in between. Very good communication throughout.

Fantastic service, communication and repair. The strap on my fitbit charge 2 fell off and I was unable to attach one side, having purchased several new straps it was clearly the fitbit. I contacted wefixfitbits and Kristian responded very quickly with the possible issue and a quote. I sent my fitbit off and within 4/5 days (there was a weekend in between) it was back! Turns out the housing was bent. I would always much rather get something repaired than replace and I am thrilled my fitbit was able to be repaired. Highly recommend Kristian at wefixfitbits.

Good communication in update of repair returned within 5 working days. I would have given 5 star but for the cost of £7 postage for returning the item when cost of sending item via Royal mail was £3.35

Very efficient and prompt service. I have had my Fitbit for years and was upset when I lost it in a car park due to a faulty strap. The screen and display were badly damaged after a car had run over it. I found fixfitbits online who gave me a quote. I paid the invoice and then posted the watch. Despite this happening over the Christmas / New Year period the watch was repaired and returned within a week. Very good communication throughout the process. Now as good as new. Very happy.

Yes was all really simple! I emailed with a picture to get a quote and then posted the product to FixFibits and they confirmed the quote and repaired my watch within a week of receipt. It all seems to be working now so I am very pleased

I was a little apprehensive sending my Fitbit away to Fix Fitbits (which I found online). However, I had no reason to worry, they kept me informed throughout the whole process and I had my Fitbit back fixed within a week. My screen was badly scratched due to a fall, but it came back as good as new. Thank you Fix Fitbit!

My Fitbit screen and become loose so I looked on line for repair and I’ve been delighted with the service I received. I was quoted the cost of repair which I accepted and they emailed me when they received it. It was repaired and I received it all sorted out in 4 days. I highly recommend them
