It’s a shame there’s not a zero star option. 7 weeks for delivery??? Gotta be some sorta joke, much like the “tracking information” was. I was honestly shocked it even arrived. I will never use fishpond again, I’d rather pay the extra few dollars and get a book from a reputable website that delivers with haste.

I would give 0 stars if I could, I ordered a series of books back on the 1st of April and was told the estimated date of arrival was between April 25 and May 2, I emailed on around the 23rd of April enquiring what was happening because other than the order acknowledgement I was left in the dark, I got a response from “Jiva” telling me it was on its way from UK and it’s still within the timeframe given in the order acknowledgement, cool, I emailed again around the 6th of May asking where it was because it was now past the date of which I was given and there was nothing sent to me to say about it being behind or what was happening, got a response from a “Jiva” again saying that it arrived from UK to NZ and once it arrived to their fulfilment centre it would be sent the same day, hadn’t heard a thing so emailed on the 15th and said that I was extremely frustrated because it was confirmed to be in NZ by “Jiva” and yet still nothing, no books, no email communication. I got an email back from Margie saying that it has not been dispatched and they asked if I wanted to wait or wanted a refund, I replied and asked if it was actually in NZ to which the reply was no, it was not in NZ, well over a month since ordering… I opted for a refund in the end and still waiting for the money to clear. Would not order from them if you really wanted books in a hurry, would’ve saved me time to book my own flight to the UK to get these books myself.

I always receive excellent service from Fishpond: they keep me up to date with where my purchase is and they always arrive intact, well packaged and in a timely fashion.

Books and cds take too long to arrive,or suppliers do not have items in stock.

All four books were delivered late, three didnt matter but one of those ended up being a very belated birthday gift. Not happy.

Had an update to say book temp unavailable, but then very few updates after that. Went silent

The book I wished to purchase was available at a reasonable price and with prompt delivery.

Usually get the book ordered, delivered right to the door.
When a title unavailable, refund promptly given. Thank you.

Has a huge catalog, has better prices better than other sites and they provide great service

Service is great, I buy a lot of CD’s but I think it’s due to the couriers that many cases get broken.

The book arrived in good condition. It just takes some time to get to New Zealand. That's the only negative thing.
