Arriving within 2 hours of contacting First Local Services. MickT introduced himself, was friendly courteous and considerate. He explained each step of the work as he went along. I was very satisfied with the work he did and he completed the blocked drain within the hour. He was concerned to leave the property as he found it with the drain free of all blockages.

Excellent service from James G- he was helpful, professional and knowledgeable and put me at ease. Clearly has lots of experience and was able to explain the process and results, without it feeling condescending.
His work was professional, considerate and clean, leaving the garden looking untouched once the work had been finished.
Would certainly recommend.

Chris called to say what time he would arrive and did so promptly. His review of our concerns were thorough and he explained the reasons for the issues we are having with our plumbing. I decided to reach out to First Local Services as it seems the drains in our new house hadn’t been cleaned in years, and full of dead birds. Spoke to a young lad called Bailey who sent a bloke with a jetter and the drains were cleared in a matter of hours. Thanks Bailey, those bloody drains!
