No Glasses Six Weeks after Ordering:

I ordered two pairs of glasses on 12th February 2026. To date (22nd March 2026), I have not received the glasses or even an update on shipping. I complained to the company and received an email on 10th March assuring me that the glasses order would be expedited. They are marked as still processing on the website, despite the fact that the website advertises a processing time of 8-11 business days and a shipping time of 5-7 business days. These time frames have been exceeded.

After reviewing your order, we found that one pair of glasses has been completed and is ready to be shipped, while the other pair has experienced repeated lens breakage during the production process, which unfortunately caused the overall delay. If you no longer wish to wait for both pairs to be ready, we can either ship the completed pair now and cancel the other pair for a partial refund, or cancel the full order for a full refund.

Disappointed

I received my glasses today and the lens are not clear. I can’t see out of them clearly . I gave my correct prescription and I am disappointed after waiting two weeks

Excellent customer service team.

Firmoo have a great customer service team who are very quick to respond to any issues. They have a great selection of glasses, l have bought several pairs at this stage. It has happened a few times where l was unable to use the glasses as it was blurry, l don't understand why this happened but Firmoo were very quick to rectify the issue.

Outstanding Quality

I admit I was totally sceptical about ordering from Firmoo and mostly chose them because of the cost.
The service from start to finish was outstanding. The ease of ordering was straight forward, the updates through out was excellent, the tracking and delivery was easy to see and from departure to delivery in Ireland was one week.
The glasses I received are of excellent quality and far exceeded my expectations so Firmoo have won a customer for life.

Hesitated at first to place an order…

Hesitated at first to place an order but I'm so pleased I did.
Any concerns I had were for me in my own head. I uploaded my prescription, entered the information I had and ticked my requirements. I'll definitely be ordering again.

I was worried buying glasses online…

I was worried buying glasses online without trying them out. but the amount of specifications that i provided and then working with customer service and even changing my order a bit when already placed was great experence. one pair is not comfy - i get coupon for another one, no questions asked. zero pressure, just lovely communication. glasses are very ok, i got "fun" ones, that are impossible to get in local places because possibly they do not sell well. i understand that, because the prices would be horrendous. but for something around 40 eur including lenses one can absolutely have a "fun" pair of glasses. i will definitely buy more with them.
