Beautiful tiles and good service

Everything was good from order to delivery. I will be re-ordering from ‘Fired Earth’ again as I was very happy.

Speedy delivery of high quality samples and a friendly follow-up phone call.

Packaged really well when delivered to us. Tiles were just as shown online.

It was so easy to order online and our paint arrived incredibly promptly.

Sample tile arrived very promptly. Having looked at hundreds of tiles in a variety of tile outlets these were just what we were looking for. Ordered them over the phone, charming lady took our order, they arrived perfectly packed and we are very pleased with these moroccan tiles.

I spent a long time trying to work out the tiles I wanted for a en-suite bathroom, with perfect timing an email from Fired Earth arrived offering a design consultation. So glad I did this, Trina at Haslemere has been so incredibly helpful providing great options for all budgets - we went with a marble tile and throughout the process she has been very proactive with suggestions, including for grout and sealant (perfect choice) and immediately sending out replacement tiles for some damaged ones. Thank you so much for your help, I’ll be back for kitchen tiles next year!

The tile designs are lovely, three ordered as samples and I am deciding which ones to go for. They were packaged really well and came quickly.

After years of trying to find the right tiles I saw the ones I wanted at Fired Earth. Rang them and requested them to calculate how many square metres I would need. They were most helpful and calculated the exact amount. Once paid for, delivery was within a few days.
Friendly and helpful folk with whom it was a pleasure to deal with.

I still do not have my order of 4 tins of paint. I tried to call to chase it several times. No one has responded.

I love the quality of the tiles and the colours are lovely.

Paint arrived on time

Love the colours, and the quality of the finish, but why don’t you hold stock in your shops like F&B do?? Makes the whole process a bit of a pain, unreliable & stressful. You Sent us the wrong colour paint. Which arrived Saturday afternoon. Of course you can’t actually talk to anyone on the weekend so called at 0900 Monday morning- the fastest they could send it was 24hr Parcelforce- but it didn’t even get sent until much later Monday- and of course parcelforce are particularly unreliable. Correct paint finally turned up weds afternoon! (Painter started at 0800 Monday!!) Tbh next time I think I’ll get the colour made up at one of the numerous places that colour mix. Then I know ive got it- and can get more if need be. If I could actually buy the paint in the shop- I’d use their paint all the time, but after this expedience sadly I cannot recommend them

Ordered paint online as I could not get to the nearest store. Great service. Arrived quicker than I thought and free delivery. Very happy as I find Fired Earth paint the best

The best there is! I used this same paint and colour 14 years ago in my apartment and this is the first new application since then. I’ve needed to patch here and there in high usage areas for the odd scuff or scratch, but that’s all. I’ve gone over most of the walls this time to freshen up, but not all walls required a repaint. Delighted with finish.

Excellent service .I have dropped a star because of the poor boxes the tiles were sent in causing unnecessary breakages to occur.( Replacement tiles were sent out straight away.)This does not reflect on the Chester branch which I would rate 5 stars out of 5 because of the excellent service which was provided.

I purchased carbon blue paint for my kitchen cupboards. This is a lovely colour and I’m really happy with the finish!
