The tiles we ordered are stunning, well priced for the quality of tile and delivery was swift with the tiles securely packaged.

We chose the tiles at Adderbury but the stores were shut before we could order so ordered online after reopening under Topps Tiles. The service in the store was excellent, a great shame they’re not reopening.

Aaron at the Adderbury store was fantastic. He couldn’t be more helpful with our enquiry.
He sourced the additional tiles we needed within 24 hours averting a delay fitting the bathroom.

After years of trying to find the right tiles I saw the ones I wanted at Fired Earth. Rang them and requested them to calculate how many square metres I would need. They were most helpful and calculated the exact amount. Once paid for, delivery was within a few days.
Friendly and helpful folk with whom it was a pleasure to deal with.

Our tiles were great quality and look beautiful in our porch. The staff were really helpful with our order and suggested the perfect grout colour to match the tiles.

Lovely terrazzo style tiles delivered on time.

Managed to sort out a complicated delivery to an address with no vehicular access- this, after I had made a mistake with my original order, only realising g it was going to the wrong address on the day my tiles were meant to be delivered! Impressive customer service from all involved ( and there were quite a few), rare to find, these days! Thank you to all involved with getting my delivery to Cornwall, rather than Oxford, and then having the courier carry them pack-by-pack up the alleyway. If it were possible, I’d give you all ten stars.

Not a great in store experience - pretty lacklustre considering the price per metre. We went for malacasa spa brick tiles that have the paper on the front to hold the tiles together which you have to soak off after. This is not a good system, certainly not if you are inexperienced. The old mesh backing is much better.

We must compliment the excellent customer care team at Fired Earth, especially Jamie & Hannah, for identifying and providing the replacement thermostatic cartridge for our shower… they also provided an essential additional component (via Samuel Heath) free of charge. Impressive service and support.

Great products; but poor customer service. We visited asked for a quote on a complete bathroom taps and bath… ghosted by the sales staff since and never received a quote. Hey ho.
