Attenzione, non comprate il il telaio in alluminio Finna Landscape, è una porcheria! Il forcellino del cambio è attaccato al telaio con due micro viti a brugola che sistematicamente si allentano e quindi tutto il carro posteriore si muove. Chi ha progettato questo sistema doveva fare il "manovale" non il progettista! Come si fa progettare un telaio in cui il perno passante non è fissato al telaio ma ma a due supporti a loro volta fissati al telaio tramiti viti a brugola! Ho fatto un viaggio di parecchi giorni all'estero con le solite borse posteriori attaccate ad un portapacchi e tutte le sere dovevo fissare le brugole del forcellino che si allentavano causando imprecisione nelle cambiate. Butterò questo telaio!! Ho inviato ua mail di protesta a Finna che non mi ha neanche risposto. Si devono esser vergognati di avere pensato e progettato un telaio come questo! NON COMPRATE ASSOLUTAMENTE IL TELAIO IN ALLUMINIO LANDSCAPE, RIBADISCO E' UNA PORCHERIA. MAI VISTO, IN 50 ANNI CHE CORRO IN BICI, UNA SOLUZIONE DI QUESTO TIPO IN CUI IL PERNO DELLA RUOTA NON E' FISSATO AL TELAIO MA A DUE SUPPORTI A LORO VOLTA COLLEGATI AL TELAIO DA DUE MICROVITI A BRUGOLA! HO BUTTATO I MIEI SOLDI, NON FATELO ANCHE VOI! SFIDO FINNA A CONTESTARE IL MIO GIUDIZIO TECNICO, SONO VERAMENTE ARRABBIATO, POSSO DOCUMENTARE LE MIEI AFFERMAZIONI. INFINE SE SI CERCA DI AVVITARE LE VITI LE BRUGOLE SONO TALEMNTE PICCOLE CHE, SE SIFISSANO TANTO, LA TESTA DELLA BRUGOLA SI DEFORMA E NON SI RIESCONO PIU' AD AVVITARE!!!

Retour d'expérience sur deux vélos Finna Landscape.

Après 10000 kms à travers l'Amerique du Nord, sur piste (Great Divide) et sur route, nous voudrions (mon compagnon et moi-même) prévenir les futurs voyageurs au long cours de la faiblesse des jantes -notamment celle de l'arrière- qui se sont fissurées au niveau des rayons.

Nous sommes sûr que celles-ci (TFHPC Grinder) sont trop fragiles, il serait plus adapté des jantes en 32 rayons avec rondelles et profil bas afin de renforcer l'ensemble pour que ce vélo garde le principe de "larga distancia" comme il est vendu.

Nous avons prévenu plusieurs fois par email Aleix (le vendeur) et dû attendre sa réponse 17 jours, pour qu'il nous dise que ce n'est pas normal et que cela est la première fois qu'on lui fait un retour négatif!

Malgré la garantie (achat des vélos en janvier 2025 à la boutique Finna) il a été impossible de trouver un compromis pour prendre en charge le changement des jantes à l'étranger sous facture de deux cents euros chacunes.

En revanche rien à dire sur le cadre acier, les freins hydrauliques Cura et la transmission SRAM Eagle.

Vendre des vélos pour des voyages au long cours nécessite de l'expérience de la part du vendeur, parfois des retours négatifs aussi afin de les prendre en compte.

Le plus dur est de remettre notre parole en doute et non le matériel. Elle est peut être là la différence entre un cycle qui a de l'avenir et un autre...

Clairement Finna Cycles devrait continuer avec les vélos de ville.

Finna cycles has amazing customer service! I had bought a frame from them that had a manufacturing defect so I contacted them for help and they took care of the situation and sent out a new frame. I'm happy with my new frame and I think finna makes an amazing product!

Got my finna landscape alu frame fast but de fork, axles, seatclamp and headset were not in the box. After one e-mail they sent me the missing parts and after only a couple of days I got them at home.
Mistakes happen it is about how you fix them and finna did that very well

I'm very happy with the frameset. It's a beautiful frame. Shipping was very fast, and when I had a question, they responded quickly and were very helpful. I can't say anything about its durability yet, but I'm extremely satisfied with my experience with Finna. Thank you!!

Wuivk drlivrry but... poorly packaged (brake pads could easily have fallen out) - things serminhly just thrown loose into a big box and poorly taped shut. Disappointed by lack of instructions for fitting pannier rack and mudguards. Disappointing quality of top bar bag (I won't use it).
I also don't speak Spanish, so this review page is not very helpful (being in Spanish).

Great support on issue arises.

Shopping is fairly easy, shipping was a bit pricey but ok

Bought a Finna Explorer refurbished and I am very satisfied. Relatively fast shipping (from Spain to Netherlands within 2 weeks) and good customer support. Would definetely recommend.

Perfecta atencion al cliente. Tuve una incidencia con la caja en la que venia el cuadro y la abrazadera de la tija y lo solventaron con mucha rapidez y como se debe. El cuadro llegó de un dia para otro y todo perfecto.

Spedizione veloce, ed affidabili

Was looking for a retro looking steel gravel bike with bikepack capabilities. So I found a refurbished Explorer River Blue bike, in my size. A bit of a gamble, never tested or saw the bike in real life. But the looks and the refurbished deal made me decided to order :) 

After waiting 5 days without news I contacted for an order update, the brand manager told me they ran out of carton shipping boxes. Because of this and the holiday season I received the bike 31 days after ordering. The disappointment after a long waiting period changed after receiving the bike. The bike was in super condition and the minor refurbished imperfection was not a problem for me. It handles and looks like i wanted, i'm happy.

A few minor details were communicated with the brand manager. The shrew holes for bike racks or bidons were not included. And the cable management was lowkey installed with straps instead of clips. The promised spare shrews and a t-shirt for the inconvenience, but unfortunately never received this.

All with all not a premium service, but the bike makes up for this :)

Just received Finna Landscape Alu frameset: after few weeks of riding I love it.
Only issue I experienced is the missing seat clamp from the package and the unreachable support at Finna. But finally I could reach them and they immediately sent the missing part (still in transit).
