First delivery didn’t arrive though we were home. Second arrived but included the wrong product. Not good.

Thank you for taking time to review our service. Please accept our apologies for the delay that you experienced with the delivery and the issue with the wrong items.
We are extremely sorry for the issue that occured with the courier, we use UPS as we have found them to be the most reliable service and can only apologise for your experience with them. We did get in contact with the courier directly on your behalf following the missed delivery and ensured that the item was delivered on the next working day.
We would love the opportunity to make this up to you. We have not yet received an email from you regarding the incorrect product, if you could please get in touch directly and let us know which product from your order is incorrect we will get that replaced for you straight away.

The guys at festoon lighting were really great and helpful , we were on a time constraint and needed the festoon asap, and they pulled it out of the bag for us . Great service and will definitely not hesitate to use them again

I'm very pleased with the light that I ordered, it's a nice soft light, but bright enough to light up the area between my 2 stables, which I need now that the evenings are getting darker, it was also a good price.
