I've been buying clothes from this company for a number of years and the quality and fit is excellent. On the odd occasion where I have not been able to find what I want, I have contacted the service department and they have been able to find it. I made a mistake when ordering at one stage and I contacted them and they immediately resolved it. I highly recommend them.

I'll give Father Sons a 5-star review because I like their clothes and the quality is good. However, as a new customer from Canada, I haven't had the best experience with ordering. There are high fees upon arrival, and I spent 590 CAD on three shirts and one pair of pants, but none of them fit me properly. I also know that returning items costs an additional $25 per item. I recommend checking the size chart carefully or going one size up!

I unfortunately left my F&S black sport jacket on a plane during a business trip. After going to their website and seeing they were out of stock completely, I emailed their customer service department who told me that if one becomes available they would let me know.

4-5 days later their customer service department emailed me and informed they found my jacket and in my size! They sent me a “draft order” and now my jacket is on the way!

Being a Sales Director for a software company and traveling abroad, this is one thing I will say to companies regarding prospects or current customer. Having a communicative and reliable customer support department will retain your customers. Not having one, they will look for someone else who cares.

F&S customer support department cared and I will always remember who took care of my request when I needed it. Thank you guys/girls in the CS Department!

Fantastisk service. Manglede en skjorte som de ikke længere havde i min størrelse på deres hjemmeside. Skrev dem en mail og de gennemgik deres lager og fandt en enkel i min størrelse af de forskellige skjorter jeg havde sendt dem. Jeg havde bestilt en skjorte inden det og der nåede den ikke at komme med. De sendte den anden skjorte til mig uden forsendelses omkostninger alligevel pga jeg var en trofast kunde. Se! Det er virkelig god service! Tusind tak !

Really good quality clothes & always first class customer service. I’ve made many purchases over the last few years & have been happy with everything. On the rare occasions that I had an issue the customer service team have always been great. Highly recommended.

First off Bought stuff from Canada which cost $198 in shipping once delivered. All the stuff was the wrong size and they do not do returns then they make you pay to send it back. Huge rip off...

I like the fact that they have sizes for taller and wider guys and the fit is perfect. However the hoodie I bought is not a £70 hoodie. It’s £40 to £50 at best.
Let’s see what happens when it’s washed.

The style and fit are brilliant on the trousers shirts and stylish jogger sets.

Fantastic material used in there products.

Sometimes not everything goes right, but Farther and Sons will do there very best to overcome great customer service.

Ich bestelle seit Jahren Hemden und T-Shirts bei FS.
Die Qualität hat stark abgenommen. Ein weißes was ich bereits vor 5 Jahren bestellt habe war blickdicht - heute selbe, Artikelnummer kann man vom weiten schon durchschauen.
Die Pullover sind massiv überteuert - gleiche Modelle gibt bei andern Anbietern wesentlich günstiger…

So I’ve brought few things here over the years, shirts,trousers etc, but I’ve brought a polo jumper few years ago and washed it once and shrunk and went all bobbly, I recently brought a new polo jumper and worn it once and gone bobbly again, but th rest of the clothes I brought have been great the prices are abit expensive but when I see something I like I must have.

I’ve bought several jumpers, trousers, and shirts from this website, and the quality is excellent. The fabrics are premium, stitching is solid, and the fits are great. The designs are stylish and versatile, perfect for various occasions. However, the only downside is the price, which feels a bit high compared to similar options. Despite this, the quality keeps me coming back for more.

The item was 2 sizes too small. I paid for next day delivery and it 2 days then you've charged me £4 postage to send it back and over a week and still not received the refund all seems like a con very dissatisfied

5 Stars EVRYTIME!!! There is no better clothing product on the market for guys that go to the gym. It is literally the only brand i own in my whole wardrobe. Please start doing smart shoes. lol
Outstanding fit, outstanding quality, outstanding service EVRYTIME! I spend an absolute fortune with these guys because its always quality. And for being suchj a great customer I am always getting discount codes and Scott even gave me a £250 free voucher.
Honestly would never shop anywhere alse, and cant wait for weekly new release.

Always loved all their clothes. Had some shipping issues but they resolved it and will continue to order from them. All the fits are great if you are athletic (and tall as well).
