Amazing service from Father Sons. Highly impressed. Ordered on a Monday, the clothes were in South Africa in 2 days. Unfortunately I had to pay customs a heavy tax, about 75% of what I paid for the goods.

But when they finally arrived with almost double the price tag. I was impressed with the quality and the fit. Money well spent.

Been buying there stuff for few years now and cant fault them or staff....ive lost count off the amount of free stuff they have gave me along with vouchers from 75 to 100 pd just because stuff not been in stock or day late posting or a shirt being different fit to whst i thought or just bring good customer...cant fault em... ste e

I emailed in about a shirt that was out of stock, they didn’t just email back they sent someone to look at their stock to see if they had any shirts left in my size. Cant fault the customer service they were great

Shipping was very fast (located in Florida, shipped from UK it seems). I ordered 4 Boxy Stretch collar button down shirts. In the model picture, it looks like it fits well, and flows effortlessly. In person, the quality felt like I was wearing cardboard. They use a very weird material, that feels rigid as hell, and feels like it cant ever be smoothed out/ironed out. Does not feel like something that would be comfortable in for more than 30 minutes. Putting it on, it looks way slightly different from the guy in the picture (probably because hes on gear, which I figured before I ordered it). Wasn't satisfied with the quality of the items. Went to return it and Im hit with a $25 return fee which is pretty unfortunate. Guess I am out $25 because all 4 shirts are going back immediately.

I bought one of the cable knit jumpers just before Christmas (with the big collar) and I loved it and got lots of compliments on it. Fast forward not even 3 months and maybe 5 wears, and there's a hole under one of the arms and my stubble has bobbled the collar to hell (more a design flaw I guess than a quality issue). Anyway, I was going to buy the same jumper in a different colour but now I'm just going to avoid. Shame!

I made an original purchase few weeks back and had issues with sizing despite spending considerable time measuring and researching, had to pay for return postage as they don’t do exchanges so had order new size which again had to pay postage which the staff did refund 1 of the postages. New shirt arrived and had a bad stain on the shoulder for a supposed new item! Staff were okay and gave me full refund but whole experience left a bad taste. However Brad from Father and Sons read my previous review and reached out to me. He apologised for my experience and asked me about sizes he gave me brilliant advice and sent me out as a goodwill gesture a few shirts of different sizing he recommended in 2 different fits. What a guy if only all companies had Brad to check up and sort out bad customer experiences! He was bang on with sizing and I will def be buying from again. My advice is if you haven’t bought from the brand before reach out to staff and get advice they know their stuff and are only to happy to guide you class products and for anyone with a bit of size that wants a good fit def worth a look. I struggle with most brands to fit in arms, chest, back and shoulders without looking like a tent in the body lol 5 star ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ich bestelle schon seit Jahren bei Father&Sons. Der Schnitt/ Passform ist grade für Sportler unübertrefflich und die Qualität ist hervorragend.
Ein Stern muss ich leider abziehen, da leider die Hemden schnell ausverkauft sind. Aber das sagt ja auch genau das aus, welches ich beschrieben habe.

Very bad customer service. I returned items brcause i didnt like them. Never got my refund. 4 months further still no refund emailed them, no reaction

I'd just like to say i am spectacle about social media shopping, but I loved the look of the tight fit shirts, so decided to give it ago. I ordered the wrong size (not my finest moment) but contacted customer service and they got it changed for me before shipping which was amazing. It arrived Wednesday, so quick delivery and the shirt is outstanding and fits perfectly 👌 would highly recommend

Father Sons provides not only a quality product, but also a stylish look for men who otherwise would wear clothes that do not fit them correctly.

I ordered a couple of items but when they arrived they sent the wrong size I spoke to customer service and they sent me a link for the returns label which I had to pay for. Why do I have to pay for there mistake. Since posting this review I have been refunded for the returns label cost.

I have been a customer since 2022 and have absolutely LOVED every piece of clothing I have received from them. I travel regularly and always get compliments on my shirts. I have recommended Fathersons to all my gym buddies and bought a few items for family as well. The clothes come within a week of ordering. Will always be a customer.❤️
