The customer service I have received has been absolutely amazing, I was needing to order a shirt that was sold out and in short notice, they personally checked the wear house and have sent me out the shirt I needed. Absolute life savers.

I had a fantastic experience with Father Sons. I contacted their team about an item that was out of stock, and they replied almost instantly. Not only were they super responsive, but they even took the time to check their warehouse personally and found the last item in my size (XL)!
They created a custom order just for me – truly above and beyond.

I visited this companies website after seeing an advert on my Facebook page and liked the look of many of their products but was dubious after reading some of the negative reviews but decided to take a chance and I have to say I'm so glad I did, I purchased the black and white chequered polo shirt and also the t-shirt. Both slightly tight fitting but hopefully after losing a few pounds which was my intention they will fit even better. Good quality, looks great, delivery was prompt and the packaging very good. I will definitely be buying more items and would recommend this company and their products. Be aware as you can see on the website photos that the clothing is designed to be tight fitting so a larger than usual fit would be advisable.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Shipping was fast and customer service was excellent. I was contacted shortly after ordering and informed that the item was mistakenly shown as in stock. Despite the error, they kept to their word and ensured I received my chosen product on time with no delays. Really impressed with how they handled it — honest, responsive, and reliable. Bad customer service

I love father & sons. I find their materials and styles fantastic and always buy from them. They always send me loyalty discounts which is great,but i have one major grievance with them. Their clothes can be quite expensive which is fair enough as i feel they are top quality,but when buying over a certain amount (say £50)why not offer free delivery. I sometimes quite often order lots of stuff from father and sons and its not cheap and yet i still have to pay for delivery. Ridiculous,at least give me an incentive of free delivery please,im spending fortunes on you guys and not even getting free delivery. Please make it so

Website is unnecessarily difficult to negative, horrendous looking with all the black. It be nice if they had a model that was someone who isnt very muscular so the avergae guy could get an idea of what the clothes look like.
The shirts themselves feel like a plastic bag on you. I understand using recycled materials etc but they ca feel uncomfortable.

I ve had an issue with delivery, did not tell anyone and they ve give me a discount code and refunded the shipping cost.

Helped create a custom order for some items I couldn’t find with fantastic service and gave me the best deal possible. Highly recommend this brand over anything else!!

Shortly after making a recent purchase, a sale went live. After contacting the brand's customer service team they amended my purchase to match the prices of the sale, which many other brands would not do.

Due to the quality of the items and excellent customer service, I then decided to make another purchase. Shortly after purchasing the items I wanted, I was informed that due to a warehousing error, one of the items from my order was no longer in stock. Whilst many other companies would simply offer a refund, this brand has gone above and beyond to amend the situation. I was given the ability to replace the item with ANY piece of clothing from their store, alongside this, I was also given a £50 discount code.

These methods of customer care are rarely heard of nowadays and I will continue to return to the brand moving forward.

Clothing is excellent quality and love the fits. My only critique is that the sizes are much smaller than what I would typically order in the US. Have lost some money on orders due to the fits being so small.

I'm an XL in the US but require a XXXL for their shirts. Recommend ordering a size up for pants as well.

I don't normally leave reviews but thought it was only fair as the customer care was exceptional, I had made a mistake with an order that was promptly amended by customer care (Brad).

All in all the clothes are usually spot on and are a great fit. (I'd suggest going a size bigger than normal).

Some of the worst customer care and products — all these reviews are scam. The fabrics have definitely changed and are not stretch at all. The quality control is not there as any same shirt is a different size.. no chance any real customer can say otherwise. Don’t bother. The shirts are tiny as the lowlifeinstagm examples must be tiny .
