I received the wrong item and it was in no way the same as my order, so clearly there is no quality check department.
There is no telephone number for customer services and only a 72 hour email response! Can someone from the company please get in touch as I do not wish to discuss specific order numbers here.

I’ve been using father and sons for over 10 years very rarely have I had an issue and the quality is always top notch.

Perfect fit for anyone in half decent shape, customer service is always good wouldn’t listen to any negative reviews on these guys.

Ordered two shirts. I thought I'd ordered an identical product, one black and one white, and was expecting them to have collar stiffeners as previous shirts had them. Curiously, the black one did, but the white one didn't. Both shirts are great, but this seems a bit odd. Delivery was easy, Fit is great!

Scam!!! Ordered 22days ago still not received my order. Have emailed but no response.

I'm sorry but I ordered a large and medium arrived. I shouldn't have to pay for redelivery back to you as it's not my fault.

I contacted Father Sons Customer Service team to enquire about an out of stock item. I explained that I had intended to purchase it for an upcoming special event. All I was hoping for was either to let me know if they thought it would be back in stock in time.

Much to my delight, the team had gone to their warehouse to double check if any stock was still physically there, but not logged on the site. Doing this they found one left and then arranged a direct sale.

It has been a very long time since I’ve heard of a clothing brand go to these lengths for their customers. It may seem a small thing but it’s the small things that make the difference.

I’ve bought a good few other items from them, and always been impressed with their products. Their service to lady has exceeded any expectations.

Great experience verry good quality clothing the fit is extremely good how ever I had a delivery issue with evri they should stop using them because they always lose it steal parcels however I’ve contacted father and sons they sent me a replacement with in 24 hours

Never ever again! In the past I have bought clothes and always received them. Last delivery has not been made and said it has been done. I feel no help from fathersons in this situation while I dropped a lot of money. Never ever again ordering!
