Needed a shirt for my dad’s funeral, couldn’t find a black shirt in my size. I emailed Father son’s, they got back to me next day to say they tracked one day. I ordered it and within three days it arrived, fit and quality is perfect. Will be ordering again soon.

The best customer service I have ever received! I ordered a shirt for my partner last week for an event coming up. After a week I hadn’t had any updates. I contacted father sons via Instagram to ask for an urgent update as I would need another shirt sending out if it wasn’t going to arrive on time. I had a response within a couple of hours advising the shirt is now out of stock and my item unfortunately had been lost in the warehouse. I was offered to pick another item to be sent out as an alternative & even were shown the same shirt just with different colour buttons as an alternative. The shirt was sent out and was received the following morning. As well as this they credited me with £75 to spend for the inconvenience. Couldn’t recommend this company enough, they really do go above any beyond.
My partner always buys from here and is never disappointed with the quality of clothing & the fit is always perfect.

Habe 3 Wochen aufs Paket gewartet und musste 5 mal hinterhertelefonieren. T-Shirts sehen nicht ansatzweise wie auf den Bildern aus. Rücksendung funktioniert nicht. Katastrophe, kann nur jedem abraten.

The fit, quality and style speaks for itself. Gone are the days where bodybuilders have to deal with clothes that dont fit well. What sets fathersons apart though,is their excellent customer service. I had been patiently waiting for a restock of a particular item for close to a year and decided to reach out via email to ascertain a rough timframe. Within minutes I had a reply informing me that the item has been discontinued but I was told to hang tight as they were willing to personally pay a visit to their warehouse to check if there was any remaining pieces lying around. Sure enough within a couple of hours I received another email that they had found some last remaining pieces ready for purchase. Needless to say I placed my order asap. Highly recommended if you are a built individual looking for clothes that fit perfectly.

Probably been a customer for about 10 years or so , loved the clothing and the fit . Always been value for money and never had issues when returning for wrong sizes etc.

Purchased a new polo for £45 and payed for next day . No problems with delivery. Upon opening packaging noted there was a small pull to the chest which I didn't bother mentioning as it wasn't a big deal to me.

Worn the shirt once without issue. Upon putting the shirt on for the second time , it completely ripped at the seams.

Emailed customer support explaining what had occurred and was told that from the pictures I had got it caught on something causing the rip. Despite me explaining this was not the case they refused the refund.

So £45 to wear a polo once for it to then rip putting it on and then basically called a liar when requesting a replacement.

Shame as I like the brand but won't be returning.

Love this store. Great clothes that fit properly.
