I ordered the wrong size but was able to return via a shop readily and arranged a replacement in the right size on line.
Deliveries all happened quickly.

Nice collection of Bags and Footwear

I have been buying Fat Face hoodies for over 20 years, they are really good quality & when/if they fade I wear them when I’m gardening

I went to Edinburgh Fatface with my returns, all were too big, and having looked online, there were none my size. When I explained this to the girl she sort out my size in the fort Kinnaird branch for the next day, and had them put by. She also got one of the cardigans from their stock. When I got to Fort Kinnaird branch, they had so much more, I ended up with three jumpers and a pair of gloves, my daughter bought gloves too. A very successful trip. So thank you to the girl that served me.
