Delivery options not working properly Watch their website
Watch their website. I. Ordered on line for home delivery at £3.95 but when I got the confirmation email it had defaulted to collect at store which would of course have been free. Emailed straight away but they refused to help and I had to go to the store where the manager said a few customers had had the same problem with the website.

I have taken a look at the correspondence between yourself any my colleagues and I can confirm that you have been advised correctly and the order was not placed as a click and collect, but instead the store address entered.
If there is anything else that we can help with, please do let us know.

I forgot to add one item to the order…
I forgot to add one item to the order (£150). I went online to see if I could add it on, but this was not possible (I do understand this). Online it said if I contacted customer services I could order said item, and I could be reimbursed the postage I contacted customer services, as suggested, and they said no!!!! I will buy a similar item elsewhere!!!! Its not a lit of money but I feel really cross.
