Superb!
Fastklean is definitely the best cleaning company I dealt with. Professional attitude all throughout the service. I booked a one off clean within 10 minutes I received a confirmation. On the next day the cleaner showed up on time and did a spotless clean. She was prompt, polite and very a very hardworking lady. I will definitely recommend and use your services again!

They were asked to clean a 2 bedroom unfurnished flat & service was so poor the photos I took looked like the before photos. I contacted them by phone & email with an official complaint along with photos & the initial response was a copy of an email from someone high up in company who commented that customers had too high an expectation but other than the promise my complaint would be answered has been ignored until now when I.m getting chased for payment by finance company. Avoid this company at all cost.
13 June. I had an reply from Fastklean on Monday 11/6 asking that I phone or email them. I emailed with copies of previous emails along with my full name, address & postcode. Today, 13 June I had another reply via Trustpilot asking me to phone or email them. So this time I phoned and was told by officer on the line to email. I explained I had done this. Lets hope someone reads their emails and isn't just reading Trustpilot website.
19 June. And finally I receive a reply but it doesn’t address my complaint. It is the reply my Letting Agents were given originally when they asked you to liaise direct with me as the client. As a result I spoke to Nick Patterson and email him on 12 April with my official complaint and photos. Because as per your website, Fastklean has “an established customer complaints procedure in place”. Sadly, despite further phone calls and emails to yourselves, the only reply I have had is via TrustPilot. May I therefore via this site remind you of the summary of my complaint:
…for a 2 bedroom unfurnished flat, these were some of my concerns and reasons for requesting that the price be reduced;
• Window mould. You speak about them being built up. These weren’t touched on first visit. They were done on the second visit. Including the fact that the kitchen and B2 had new windows in December so mould wasn’t present.
• Washing machine – not cleaned on first visit – this was done on the second visit.
• Oven. The cooker top was sticky following first visit. Cleaned on the second. Again, the cooker was new in November so didn’t need cleaning and not on my list of expectations that I feel you think I have.
• Kitchen floor – lino hadn’t been cleaned on first visit. Cleaned on second visit
• Cobwebs – particularly in living room. Most removed on second visit. Though surprisingly the biggest one facing you straight on as you open the living room door was visible after the second visit.
• Kitchen Blinds. Not cleaned on first visit. Not cleaned on second. They are the only blinds in the flat.
• Hoover – not sure if there was a hoover as following second visit I have photos of dust on wooden floor in living room and carpet in B2. B2 had one small chest of draws and even taking into account your comments that landlord’s can have demanding expectations, I would have been happy with a quick hoover in this room.
• Because of the limited time left before the tenant moved in, after your second visit my mum went to the flat with a hoover and cleaning products to finish the work.
I still believe the level of cleaning wasn’t what I was led to believe it would be, but I do agree that some work was done on the second visit that needs to be paid for”.
I can see what is meant by a previous reviewer saying they are exhausted with their complaint / contact with Fastklean. I am sad to say I am feeling the same and very disappointed not only in the poor service but the brush off via this site and the lack of response to my complaint direct to you.

Disappointing and extremely poor clean. Not an experience I would recommend at any level.
The service was disappointing to say the least. It has taken me 6 weeks to write this review I was so upset by the service provided. The initial customer service was good and I was assured that the cleaner to be scheduled did not need much instruction as their cleaners knew how to clean. The cleaner did not speak English so it was impossible for me to communicate what I wanted done. Our small 2 bed flat is cleaned weekly so the deep clean I wanted in 5 hours should not have been a problem.
Half way through the clean I had a call to say there was not enough time for the cleaner to do the oven or wipe out the fridge. I accepted this and expected the flat to be spotless considering he had 5 hours! I returned with 2 small children and did not have the capacity to properly check the flat (even if I had I wouldn't have been able to communicate my concerns!). Once I had the kids settled I started to look around and was shocked to see that the kitchen floor has footprints and dirt still on it, nothing had been moved to dust or hoover. I could not believe it so took 20 photos to show areas of dust and dirt that had not ben touched even though visible. The only room that was done was was the bathroom which I had steam cleaned prior to the clean so it should have been spotless! The response from FastKlean was disappointing. They did not comment on the pictures but offered me a small discount on a further clean. I would not have one of their cleaners in my flat again. it was a total waste of time and energy as I had to clean myself afterwards.

Happy and Delighted
I was recommended to use Fastklean by a friend for and end of tenancy I needed and I could not be happier! It was so simple to arrange and the person I spoke too (Nick?) was very pleasant and professional.
Although the cleaners were about 15 minutes late, that was not a problem. I understand the difficulties with public transport!
They did an exceptional job and I could not be more pleased. They even showed initiative in cleaning areas I had not considered.
When my new tenants moved in they even commented on how clean and nice the place looked.
Thank you Fastklean! My friend fully deserves the bottle of red wine I gave her for introducing you to me. I will be using you again and will also recommend you to anyone that needs your services. If I could give you 10 stars I would.

The worst experience
The worst experience! I don't normally write reviews or complain but the experience was so bad that I feel impelled to. I strongly advise against using FastKlean at any cost. We paid for a 5hour after-builders "cleaning" job however there was no change to the dust/dirt following the job. We paid them to do the job ourselves and get another company to do it. The most infuriating part of the experience however is the incredibly TERRIBLE customer service dealing with the issue. I chased FastKlean for 3 weeks to get a response with photo evidence. They proposed multiple (false) excuses for the poor job, hilariously claiming customer service is of paramount importance to them and eventually offered me discounted cleaning in the future which was at that stage both laughable and incensing. Clearly I will not pay someone not to do a cleaning job again. Eventually I spoke to the MD (having asked for this from day 1) who apologised for their lack of response and has now refunded 1/3 of the cost back only. I remain dissatisfied but have run out of energy. Message - AVOID.

I think FastKlean are fantastic and I will definitely use them again. The cleaner I had was very polite and efficient. She arrived on time and got on with the job straight away. She worked very hard and showed initiative and perseverance, and followed direction cheerfully. I would certainly have her clean my flat again. I have been fairly impressed with the management and administrational support. All staff I spoke to were helpful. Excellent work.

Unprofessional, will take your money, do not book
This company is a complete bunch of crooks. I'd give them less than one star if possible. I have moved back home after my visa ended. I was told I needed to give a 90£ deposit with card info over the phone and pay cash in person when the job is done. I said that was fine. They claimed to arrive at 2 the next day when I'd be back in Canada. They stated thy needed a parking permit and would see the landlords at 2 as I'd be gone. They showed up over an hour late and were turned away because my landlords had a bank appointment. They kept the 90£ deposit to cover the transit costs as they took public transit (which on the phone I was informed they had a van so that was a lie). Next issue, they without my permission, took another 90£ from my account as we canceled the booking due to them being unprofessional. They emailed saying I had 24 hours to respond to them. I am in Canada so I did not call but I emailed them DURING work hours at least 4 times. No one responded and I woke up the next day 90£ poorer. This job was NOT done and I am now 270 poorer as I still have 90£ cash in London for a cleaner. Beyond aggravated and no one will respond to my emails now. Luckily my landlords are going to contact them and try to work something else out. DO NOT book with this company. They are unprofessional and will take your money without permission. I tried to cancel my card yesterday but I had too much money to transfer home that I couldn't do it. Now I'm poorer after no cleaning was done. Beyond annoyed at how senseless this company is.

I have used Fastklean on a few occasions the professional service they provided was second to none. The staff across the company was extremely helpful throughout the time I have used them, I would highly recommend Fastklean to anyone. Very happy with the service during my time with them and the care they provided me after. 5 star rating from me!

Cleaners getting worse
Well, just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, than the last cleaner they sent me, it seems I was completely wrong! First of all this one was 1/2 hour late but I would have forgiven her for that, if she had have done a good job at the cleaning but it wasn't to be. When I went upstairs to inspect the work, I was quite shocked at how little she had done, none of the pipes in the bathroom had been cleaned, marks left on the bathroom tiles, lots of dust left under the bed, objects just dusted around and not lifted. I couldn't believe it! After she went up again, to try and put it right, I was still not happy. Not only this, she was making excuses, saying "the hoover couldn't reach under the bed"?? " those type of tiles can't be cleaned" "I can't move the sofa cause I've got a sore wrist"!!!??? etc, etc. I don't understand why I was sent good cleaners at the beginning but now I just get sent the rubbish! all for £13.00 an hour. It's simply not good enough. After four hours, I had to ask her to leave, as she didn't do the jobs well, that she was supposed to, so there was no point in having her hang around.
Please totally disregard the response that has been given by this company below! They are just trying to discredit me as a customer! My advice to anyone would be to avoid them at all costs!
