Absolutely amazing service! The customer service was so patient and organized the exact service I needed. The cleaners were right on time, friendly and did a fantastic job! I have used their service before many times and if there is any issue they fix it immediately. Very helpful staff and the cleaners are professional, the end results are always mind-blowing.

We have been using this company for over 6 months. Very efficient and regularly update us with an email if the cleaner can't attend for any reason. Always sent a replacement. Overall very good company to work with.

FastKlean is proven and tested as one of the best cleaning company in London. So, I tried to use their services and I am satisfeid by they performance. The cleaners are also kind and trustworthy. I am highly recommending this cleaning company. For me it's a 5 star rating!

At first I thought it wasn’t true, but when I tried there I proved they were true and they did amazing job. Very Friendly cleaners this is what I want. So I am happy to rate them a big 5 stars!

great customer service team and great cleaners, would use again!

The worker arrived in no uniform with cheap cleaning materials and ruined my cooker. All the varnish was removed from the surface of my range oven, the appliance was left dripping with black grease and the paintwork was wiped off. He did not listen to what I said and nobody followed up from the company about the compensation I was promised for ruining the most expensive item in my kitchen which I was cleaning in preparation for a house sale. It has been left covered in scratches from using wire wool, nobody responds to my emails and I have been totally ignored.

Update - I was called by the company to take this review down and said I will once my matter has been resolved. I was told I will be called or emailed the same day and no action has been taken.

Terrible service. Booking a deep clean upfront was fine but the cleaning experience was horrendous. The cleaners arrived an hour after the start time, they then immediately said they would need longer to clean our flat. When queried with the company they quoted me DOUBLE the original price. I said clean what you can within the original time.

The cleaning was substandard (considering I booked a deep clean). When we asked the cleaners to go back over areas they complained that we were watching them too closely and stormed off swearing (after a 45min break) not even completing half the time and cleaning less than 3 areas properly. Some of the cleaners also looked quite young.

When I complained to FastKlean they said a manager would call me to discuss (as I’m not happy I’ve paid 1/2 upfront for not even 1/2 the cleaning time). I’m still waiting for a call a week later.

Steer well clear if you actually want a decent deep clean completed, worth paying extra for a proper company that will do a proper job.

Mima and Nikolay arrived about 20 minutes late, but a lovely lady, Joanne, from their office called earlier to advise me, so this was not a problem.

I had booked a Deep Clean of my home and am delighted with the results. My bathroom and kitchen look amazing! In fact, every room in my home is spotless.

My booking was for 10 hours (5 hours each cleaner) but they stayed a bit longer to ensure everything was finished.

I was so delighted I even gave them each a big tip (Not telling how much!)

I will use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to my family, friends and colleagues

We are very pleased with the service provided By FastKlean. The staff are very courteous and respectful and we are very happy with the standard of cleaning provided.We are an old sports hall with less than modern facilities but our cleaner still manages to keep it looking as best as she can. What a wonderful surprise! Coming home to find my daughter's bed beautifully made ready for her that evening. With my disabled daughter's additional needs bedtimes can be tricky at the best of times, add in trying to make her bed after an 'accident' while providing eyes on care dials up the stress levels. Finding the bed already made was truly wonderful that evening. We hadn’t asked or expected it so all the more amazing! We have been working with FastKlean for almost a year and knowing Dora is coming each week adds to our important family support network. I just move in my new property, Zaki has done amazing job. He drastically improved my home. Cleaning was very accurate. My home improved very much. Smell nice and everything is tidy . I highly recommend him

I had major issues with the customer service initially when trying to book and had posted a bad review. The owner got involved immediately, apologised and followed up to ensure I get the best experience. The cleaning was excellent in the end and I would definitely be using their service regularly.

Seriously unprofessional organisation. Im sure they would clean ok from time to time but when things dont go well they have very unprofessional. They cleaned really poorly with dust still everywhere. They also arrived over 90 minutes late. Worst cleaning company we’ve had in 12 years.
