Rip off can't believe people still go there had my car in there for brake problems all they wanted to do was fit new parts they said it needed a new master cylinder which I knew it never next day I took it elsewhere for an mother and it passed no problems nearly 12 months later still no master cylinder has been fitted come on guys I wasn't born yesterday can't believe people still go there

Booked ahead of appointment to ensure parts. Emailed when left work and even though running late arrived within 45 minutes of closing only to be told would not carry out work

Sat outside until 6pm watching staff amble about when all left at 6pm.

My brakes were low and i had to drive home worrying about their reliability.

Poor show for a large organisation and customer service.

The service I recieved at the Bletchley Fast Fit Station was excellent.
I arrived at 07:50, and was welcome by the manger. I explained that I had a flat tyre the night before and now required a new tyre. I explained that I had to be in Rugby by 09:30, Luckily there was one in stock, so the guys got to work. Whilst I waited I was offered coffee ☕️ and a seat in the very pleasant waiting room. All the staff were friendly and helpful, could not have asked for more!
I will definitely be using them again.
My car was completed within 25 mins and I was back on the road. The manager even wish me a safe onward journey.

Last month I had my front brake discs, pads and one of the front calipers replaced. I would normally be quite happy now, unless the fact the I'd had come to FastFit Station with exactly the same problem six months earlier. Back then, they replaced the same brake discs and pads leaving the faulty caliper. One of those pads has worn out completely after only 6 months! When I rang FastFit and told them I shouldn't have been charged for the same brake discs and pads again they told me they'd worn out because of the faulty caliper. If those guys are professionals as they claim, then they would've replaced the faulty caliper the first time I came to them with the problem. I believe I was provided with an amateur service and will definitely never go to their garage again, and surely warn all my friends about their practices.

Had 2 tyres fitted yesterday, it was a verry fast and hassle free service.

I hate having any work done on my car, as I have had bad experience all around Milton Keynes.
But I must be honest, been going to Mick at Bletchley, had nothing but great service.
Why?, because you get honest information given to you, reasons and remedies, nothing has been to small or to large for them, all prices quoted have been acceptable, estimates are very close.
Quality of workmanship has been very good, never had reason to revisit with same problem.
Will always go back to them for any more work.

Friendly and helpful staff is no excuse for poor service and 'hand-rinsing' of post service problems.

I have paid another garage £££'s to rectify problems CREATED whilst my car was in FastFit Stations' care...

Very disappointed customer, i'll never use these guys again.

I took my car in to the Milton Keynes Bletchley Station for MOT which took about an hour and half, in the end they failed it on a whole lot of things including the headlight beam been too high, they will not adjust the light which has got a nub to adjust, because that's not their job apparently, they will not even show me where those so called faults were and they couldn't print me a job receipt. All the manager kept saying is, "if we repair it for you within 10 working day, then you don't have to pay again for MOT retest". I took my car in to another garage and they adjusted my light and advice me on a couple of things and that was it. I went back and the attitude of the manager was so bad, he will not even give me the number for their head office. They thought I was going to pay them money to fix a fault that don't exist.

I brought my BMW 1 Series in with intermittent steering problems. The guys at Fastfit couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks Ray

Ive been using Fast Fit Station for a while and all I can say is I'm extremely happy and will not go anywhere else.
Ive used plenty of garages in my time and Fast fit have impressed me the most, all the staff are friendly and have always been 100% honest with me.

if you haven't tried them I would recommend you give them a go.

Needed 2 new front tyres and was desperate. I phoned the Kingston Branch and they had some in stock. They said they were busy but if i came down and didn't mind waiting they would try to squeeze me in. Within an hour of being there i had my tyres fitted and paid for. I also asked them to check my other tyre's and they said that it would be fine for a while (most garages would of probably taken the chance to get more money!).

I really would recommend Fast fit.
Fast, friendly, reliable and no messing around.

P.S Waiting room is amazing, newspapers, free coffee / tea and most of all CLEAN!

Decided to try this garage out as it is near to my work and they were offering half price full service. Got a phone call later in the day to tell me my car had been serviced but it needed various things doing, as it was so near Christmas I only had a couple of things done and told them I would sort the rest in the New Year. I came off the phone thinking surely some of these items ie spark plugs should have been part of the service. Having been told I needed a new battery for another car in the past by [External link] and not actually needing one I got a friend of a friend round who works for Toyota to see if I did need the items they recommended. Fast Fit quoted me £160 for front discs and pads the mechanic looked at them and said they look practically new (bearing in mind this is 5 months later) there is a slight lip on the discs and the pads are at least 1cm thick. A new fuel filter £49.99 where the filter is it shouldn't need changing for at least 100k miles. All in all not impressed that potentially I could have spent a lot of money that I didn't need to, clearly this garage do not want a good reputation all they are interested in is getting the money in. I won't ever recommend this garage and if anyone I know tell me they are going there I will warn them off using them.

Have been using Fast Fit a few years now. Instead of some garages that see a woman arriving in an old car and see pound signs, I have found they've always given me the absolutely best deal and got jobs done quickly, efficiently, for a good price, and everyone is very friendly too. Thanks for looking after me and my rickety but well loved Landrover :)

Hi, ive used the Bletchley branch for about 4 years now and ive never had a problem.
happy to recommend

Had my Mercedes serviced here a few times, always been very pleased with the result. It will cost a bit extra if your car needs synthetic oil so check before but it's still way cheaper than a main dealeer.

I booked the service and Mot on the internet and all went smoothly.
The man at the desk was very polite and explained everything to me.
I would definitely use the Wolverton garage again.
