ordered online, and delivered in time, as promised, only the parts ordered (metal stud parts) were some were damaged on one end :(, not a problem as needed shorter on this project, but still the packaging or delivery should be as described.
Definitely I will recommend and do shop again.

Damaged goods delivered
Delivery received promptly - 1 star, 3 out of 10 galvanized channels damaged & unusable driver photographed but no follow up 2 out of 4 boxes of screws open & loosing screws. Packaging holding screws damaged just overall lack of customer care delivering damaged products, no replacement sent, no refund. Not the best experience hence 1 Star.

M16 bolts nuts washers order
I ordered form you m16 bolts with nuts and washers to match.
You claim you don't have the bolts, don't send them and refund me.
You then send the washers and nuts that go with the bolts in any case.
This is beyond stupid!!!
What good is having the m16 washers and nuts with no bolts?!!
And you have caused me delay as my joiners could not complete thier task and have left the job unfinished. I will now have to pay them extra to return to finish. As well as having to source the bolts and get them to site elsewhere.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused by the out of stock M16 bolts and the disruption to your project. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been.
The bolts were unfortunately out of stock, and ordered over the weekend, so we refunded the item as soon as we came into the office on Monday and dispatched the available washers and nuts with the rest of your order, in the the hope you'd be the able to source the bolts elsewhere.
We also now organised a collection and will refund for these items to resolve the situation. While we aimed to provide a solution promptly, we understand this has still caused delays and additional costs for you.
We sincerely apologise for the impact this has had on your project and are reviewing our processes to avoid similar issues in the future.
