Would give zeros stars if possible. Received partially wrong order. Extremely poor quality. Sizing listed on website was not correct for what I ordered and received. I’ve tried to call the company on both of the numbers given in their emails and website - no answer, voicemail, nothing! I’ve sent an email - I’m skeptical that I’m going to obtain a response about a return/refund. Seems like a scam company for sure. If you’re going to pay this price, go to a big box store that is trusted to ensure quality because clearly this “trusted by families” company cannot be trusted.

I ordered November 27th
I ordered November 27th. I still haven't received my order, so I can't comment on the quality. Customer service assured me they would be here before Christmas. I am extremely upset though, because the company address is listed as one in the United States and that's a complete lie. The pajamas are coming from China. There was some garbage about how it would take 3 to 5 days to "personalize" the pajamas before they could be shipped, but I didn't order any personalization.

I ordered two sets of personalized pajamas for my sons. They turned out so cute and love them so much. I did have a picture error with one set of pajamas. Don’t do it
Edit to original post. I was harassed once I made a 1 star review so I made a dispute with my credit card ( supplied a lot of evidence and won) 1st they offered me 1/2 of my money back to remove my star and I said no I want it all back. Then they offered me all of it and to cancel the dispute but only after I stop the dispute. Thank goodness I didn’t bc I just was reading more reviews and a lady never received her money back. I also just received an email saying my clothes have been shipped so I feel like they are trying to be sneaky about something. Why would I be getting a tracking on items I already received?
Don’t do it. They are cheap made from
China junk. Very thin, the sizing is incorrect. They don’t respond to emails. It says refunds or exchanges, but then if you read it says no to both bc these are “custom orders” save your money!!!

This company is a joke!
This company is a joke! I don't even know where to begin. They make it appear they are based in California, which I would assume is where they are registered. The fact is everything is made in China. The pajamas are made of the cheapest most low quality fabric. Don't sit near the fireplace! The color was so off from the picture. The writing was fuzzy. It took 3 weeks to receive. What an embarrassment as we were celebrating early and welcoming a new member into our family. They were expensive. I would have done better at Walmart or Kohls. I'd give this company ZERO stars if I could. It appears legitimate and they do deliver but the advertising and website do not match the actual product received. Just awful.

I would give zero stars but otherwise would not be given the platform to tell you this “company”, if legit, is absolutely the worst. I have in the past ordered family matching Christmas PJs for years from PajamaGram with never an issue. It’s a tradition. But this year, so I wouldn’t risk duplicating, I decided to order from this company. The 12 sets of pajamas arrived and were not even close to what was pictured on their website; ( whoever is making the pajamas is possibly colorblind) and the overall quality so bad I am hesitant to donate them to a local shelter. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. And I have tried repeatedly to contact them by phone, email and text. No response. Zero customer service

Low quality, multiple errors, absent customer service
Follow Up Review After Company Reply:
Thank for replying to my review. I did receive an email from Liora after several text messages, another email to corporate, and numerous attempts to contact the company via the two phone numbers listed on the site and in tracking emails. It should not be this difficult to connect with customer service. The site advertises a satisfaction guarantee and multiple methods of contact. I understand it is their busy season, which would make me think they would have extra staff and attention to service and detail. I have spent significantly more time on this than I want to or anticipated. I did receive a partial refund this morning for the incorrect items. This leaves me having spent in excess of $140 for items that will never be used. I have requested numerous times to receive a phone call to discuss the situation, which has not happened.
This is not an acceptable resolution and the email that I sent to corporate described why this is problematic. What I explained is that one of my family members is on the autism spectrum and is afraid to fly. As a result of this, we have not all been together since 2011. For this particular gathering, he is taking a 3 day train ride (is actually on that train right now) each direction from Pittsburgh to attend a holiday gathering in California. I would never have ordered for half of my family members. There is no ability for us to use the items together and, frankly, they are not high enough quality that we would wear them outside of the fun and whimsy of matching together. I am very disappointed with this response, as it obfuscates the way the service and product that have been delivered are asymmetrical with the satisfaction guarantee, ease, and quality that are promised. I am willing to change my perspective if and when they deliver the guarantees that their marketing message promises.

Received my pajamas on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, even though I ordered with enough time to arrive prior, based on the guidelines on their site. The material is low quality and scratchy. Two of the items were incorrect. Despite their satisfaction guarantee and multiple phone numbers listed on their website, no one answers the phone. They send an auto generated text and the response to my concerns seemed AI generated. After they texted me twice and I stated that I did not want new items delivered in another month long after my family gathering, they stopped responding to me altogether. Do not waste your hard earned dollars. I wish I had not wasted mine.
