Disreputable company with no regard for their customers.
My wife ordered pajamas from this company, and we were utterly disappointed with the quality. I contacted customer service to initiate a return. They responded saying that these were "custom made" and therefore no returns could be accepted. We did not order custom printed pajamas, they were one of the listed styles with no customizations made to them. There were no indications at all on the product page that these were, in fact, custom. I offered to pay for return shipping just to get my money back. They offered me a 15% credit. I refused and said I was going to dispute the charge if they didn't offer me a refund. They came back and offered me 25%. I stopped bothering with them. After a few days they came back and offered me 30% to keep them. I waited until I had full resolution so others can see that they will win a chargeback if they are dissatisfied with this company. Their entire model is very scammy and they do not stand behind their product. I would urge anyone who is considering a purchase with this company to think twice. And, if you find yourself caught, take a screen shot of the product page and the returns page and use it to win your dispute with your credit card company.

Poor customer service...look elsewhere
We only received part of our order, when we reached out to customer service we were told they would ship the product. We never received the missing product and are now being told we have to pay $15 of additional shipping or can receive only a 50% refund on the missing item. We have already spent several months going back and forth with customer support with no progress on resolving the issue. I don't mind when mistakes are made as long as the company stands behind their product, and does the right thing in the end. However based on our multilple attempts to resolve this i am not hopeful anything will be done. We are now in February and still trying to get my order fixed from November.

BE WARNED! DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
This was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had with a company.
I placed a large order in November—11 pajama sets for my family—for Hanukkah, ordering well in advance to avoid any issues. I even emailed the company ahead of time to confirm delivery by December 11, as we were leaving town. I was explicitly assured the order would arrive on time.
I was also confident because the company’s website listed a Los Angeles address just down the street from my home, so I had no reason to worry about delays.
After placing the order, I received no shipping updates, which prompted multiple follow-up emails. Long story short, the pajamas arrived around December 19, well after Hanukkah. I attempted to refuse the delivery, but the package was still delivered.
I then requested a partial refund, which the company initially agreed to—only to later reverse their decision. They claimed that all orders are custom-printed in China and therefore non-refundable, despite the fact that their website clearly states returns are accepted within 30 days.
To make matters worse, the quality is horrible. The product looks great online, but in reality it’s cheap, uncomfortable polyester that no one would want to sleep in—especially at this price point.
Between the missed delivery, misleading information, refusal to honor their own return policy, and extremely poor quality, this experience was incredibly frustrating.
I strongly recommend staying away from this company.

The design was so fun that I had to order them for myself and my housemate. We were very impressed with the quality of the fabric and with the fit! I needed the largest size and my housemate needed a size small and both worked wonderfully. I can also say they come out of the wash as nice as when they first arrived.

I was super worried that the order would not arrive on time! The team was super helpful and assured it would… and it did! (The day before we were to leave). The order was correct- they even adjusted for an error on my end when I initially ordered! And it all fit well and was of good quality. No complaints here!

Ordered pajamas for our family Christmas, each with a different saying. Shortly after my order we added a few more guests to the list. I needed to make a couple of changes, and add in two additional sets. Jenny's friendly team was extremely helpful - the order had yet to go to print and they were able to make all of the changes I needed. I ordered these pajamas well in…
I ordered these pajamas well in advance. They were advertised as ready to ship, so allowing two and a half weeks seemed more than enough time. Unfortunately, they arrived late, showing up Christmas Eve evening to be exact, which meant we couldn’t even use them.
The fit was another issue. They were not true to size at all and were extremely baggy and oversized. To make matters worse, the colors didn’t match, so they were nowhere close to being matching family pajamas.
I was very disappointed. When I reached out to the company by text and email, the only solution offered was to send replacement sizes and ship new Christmas pajamas. At that point, Christmas had already passed, so I’m not sure why I would want Christmas pajamas after the holiday.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience and not what was advertised or expected. I do not recommend at all.

Stay Away from this Company!
The designs, with so many cute choices, were very appealing. However, when the pajamas arrived the material was extremely thin, of poor quality, and some of the seams had loose threads. The material was also itchy and uncomfortable and none of my family wore them. Oh - if you think this is a "made in America" company - you might be surprised ( as I was ) to learn they are made in China. Stay Away!!!!

Holiday short pajama set
I reached out to the company to see if I could get them made in pajama short sets for the holiday. They were very prompt with getting back to me and explaining how to order them. From there I got ordered and Shaun the CSR kept me informed about my order the whole time. We got them in a timely manner. A little set back with one of the sizes but they helped me resolve that as well and we had them all in time for our trip to Florida. My kids and grandkids loved them and how soft and comfortable they were.
