Produkt war/ist beschädigt und passt nicht.
Verkäufer reagiert auf keine Mails.
Edit: Die Firma hatte Urlaub und hatte deshalb nicht aif meine Mails geantwortet.
Das beschädigte Produkt wird jetzt ausgetauscht, mal sehen ob das Ersatzteil besser ist.

Very helpful and quick to respond
Ordered some bitubo shocks for my Vespa from Falan Parts to the UK and overall a great experience. Noah was very helpful and replied quickly to any questions or messages.
Worked out much cheaper than SIP or Scooter Centre also. Would 100% use again.

We are sad that you placed this review anyway, even after knowing that DHL Express did not take long, but instead, your local customs, which took very long...
As for paying extra, you choose DHL Express, which delivers the package within their delivery time frame apart from the Customs handling. Sadly, this is not something they can control.

Prix très correct, suivi commercial ok, mais livraison inadaptée (le colis est resté près d'une semaine, au dépôt de DPD.nl !!!).

The people are always kind but desperate…
The delivery time was really bad for me.
Beside the fact that you have to pay for everything like transport, payment system… at the end the product is not anymore reasonable priced and the performance is (even your are charged) really bad!!!
The delivery time for transportation (in my choice initially UPS) was unreasonable for year 2024!!!. They ignored my UPS wish and I got DPD as forwarder and after 10 days (6 working) days I got finally my ordered products!!!!
From my view it is obvious if a person selects & pays 10 bucks for UPS that he wants it quick.
Again no responsibility and they put the shame on DPD, even it was their choice.
So my recommendation is not to use Falan ….

Thank you for your review.
We are sorry to see your bad experience with us. We wish you had received your order faster. However, we must follow investigation processes when a package is delayed. In your case, it took a bit longer than usual. Yet again, DPD solved it. That proved why we must follow their processes.
As for your claims, you do not pay for the payment system; we pay for that!
Paying a shipping fee is normal for small orders like yours. Even with paying the shipping fee, your order was still cheaper than our colleague companies'. So, we are not sure how you came up with this, as we always try to keep a close eye on this!
We know that UPS was your choice. However, UPS is not available at Falan Parts anymore (they underperformed too much in the past). Sadly you could still select this due to a mistake on our side, so we informed you about this and refunded you the difference for shipping it with DPD instead.
DPD and UPS have the exact same delivery promise in terms of days, so that is why we chose DPD in your case.
As for taking responsibility. We did take responsibility by starting an investigation with DPD as soon as you contacted us about the shipment being delayed. Two days later, you received your package.
Sadly you did not want the parts anymore and returned them to us with a free return label.
We hope that you were still able to find the parts elsewhere, and get them installed on your Vespa :)

Niet klantgericht.
Niet klantgericht,niet te bereiken via mail,whatsapp..Volgens hun website reageren ze zeer vlug wat een fabeltje is.
Ook niet te bereiken telefonisch,dat zal zijn redenen hebben…
Levering duurt zeer lang…
Kortom geen service,er zijn betere leveranciers van Vespa parts.

Het is spijtig dat u een slechte ervaring heeft gehad. Echter klopt uw review niet.
Zoals is vermeld deed onze website chat het in die periode niet goed. Hierdoor wisten wij uberhaupt niet dat er een bericht van u open stond.
Maar dat wij niet te bereiken zijn per e-mail of whats-app chat, klopt simpel weg niet. U heeft ons namelijk niet gecontacteerd via whats app chat of de email. Anders had u namelijk binnen een werkdag een reactie van ons ontvangen.
Wel hebben wij u zelf gecontacteerd per mail, na een eerdere review van u. En dit om te kijken waarom u vermelde dat communcitie niet mogelijk was. Waarna wij u netjes hebben uitgelegd dat de chat het niet goed deed, en u gemakkelijk contact kan opnemen per e-mail of de whats-app chat. Wij hebben hiervoor dan ook gelijk onze excuses aangeboden aan u.
U heeft echter niet meer gereageerd op de e-mail. Dus beschoudwen wij de zaak als gesloten.
