There is very poor communication
There is very poor communication. When questions are asked by Whatsapp it takes hours if not a day before they are answered. In such a situation I tend to drop out. It is emphasized that the question will be answered bu email. Problem: this does not happen. As a result you lose your clients.

We have had a look, but cannot find any chat from you on WhatsApp. For this reason, we believe the review isn't genuine.
You did chat with us throughout our website chat. We see that all of our questions had been answered within a normal time frame by email (our website chat is an easy way to ask a question without having to send an email; you then get a reply from us, which goes directly to your email with a link to go back to the chat, and chat with us). We even see that you have been helped out with switching a part whilst it was already packed and ready to be shipped...
If you want to talk with us and get a fast response, you should always use our WhatsApp.
And if you did contact us via WhatsApp, but under a different name or with a different number. Please let us know, and we will look into it :)

Not a good Experience
I dont usually give reviews but as you are so persistant in having to want one here it is. It just took far too long, i didnt get what i ordered (mistakes do happen) dont have a problem with that. Instead of a Rack from Moto nostra , i was sent one fron FA Italia. Sent it back to get it changed no problen at all. I was then told they come from the same Factory and that the only differnece would be, the one has FA Italia Sticker on it and the other doesnt. Well all this took about 1 Month but then recieved my Rack from Moto Nostra. Well happy!! This was about three weeks ago. I put the Rack on yesterday just to find out that its rusting at the joints allready. Im bot judging Falanparts on that, but the quality is very poor. I could get it swapped, but i dont think the quality will be any different. So there you have my "experience"

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your order and have left a one-star review.
Our goal is always to help our customers as best as we can. When you messaged us about receiving the wrong part, we told you the parts should be identical, except that one has a logo and the other doesn't (you got the one with a logo by accident).
But that it would be no issue at all to change this free of charge, since after all, it's our fault for sending the wrong one to you! From what we can see, it took a bit longer with DPD to get the package to you, which, sadly, we could not do much about...
However, in the end, you got the part that you had ordered with zero extra costs, and from what we can see, with very normal communication between both of us :)
We are surprised that you have left this one-star review despite our help with no real issues other than it taking a bit longer.
As for the rack rusting at the joints. You have never contacted us about this, so we were unaware of this until you placed this review. A normal customer would contact us if something is wrong with a part, and we would happily send you a new one, since Moto Nostra would cover the cost of a new part, as what you are describing sounds like a product defect to us.
We have contacted you about this after you placed the review. But from the looks of it, you are not looking to get the part replaced with a new one. We hope you do still contact us about the part, as we find it important that you are satisfied with it, and regret not contacting us after a couple of weeks :(

Not receiving my package and kept on…
Not receiving my package and kept on asking but the package got lost and never receiving the color that I've ordered...
No compensation yet! I've ordered it in the beginning of December and it's February now...I've got a message of finding the package in the mid January then I've kept on asking for re-shipping it but the color I've ordered became unavailable and I still can't drive my Vespa with my friends....I've even paid DHL express shipping and what is
wrong with you? You finally said to ship the item but it's taking too much time!!
You better do something to make up for the loss!

The item took forever to get to me and…
The item took forever to get to me and never was I updated about the delivery. When it finally arrived, the box was wet, ripped, smashed and soggy, luckily it was rubber hoses. Communication would be nice and the delivery box was an embarrassment.

Thank you for the review.
The delivery took 3-4 weeks because that was the shipment option you chose. You could have selected an Express service if you wanted the parts fast :) As the website clearly stated, you had two options: either wait 2-4 weeks or 2-3 working days. A cheaper shipment option saying 2-4 weeks indeed means it will take this long.
From what we can see, you were sent an email with the tracking information as soon as the package shipped out.
As for PostNL and USPS not giving much udpates in the tracking system. Sadly, that is something we can not do anything about, as that is what it means when you select a cheap shipment option. DHL Express, for example, would update you with every single scan they make.
And sadly, despite us using expensive double layered boxed, the postal companies decided to drain your package in a pool by the looks of it :( Luckly the parts are indeed meant to be wet (coolant hoses). But if anything had been damaged, we would have happily sent you a new package free of charge.
We hope to see you back again soon. And please remember to select an Express shipment option if you do not wish to wait this long.
