Don't appreciate that you pro-rate a…

Don't appreciate that you pro-rate a month when moving in to a unit but not when moving out. Also, there was no notice on the website regarding a company picnic this past Sunday, so employees were not there until 5:00 pm as displayed on the website.

Quick and Easy Move

The Lanham team were fast, effective and professional. The facility is super clean as well. They made our move stressless. Great job.

best storage units/facility I've ever seen!

Being a veteran means I've seen my fare share of storage facilities. The ezStorage on 434 Ritchie Hwy, in Arnold, MD is BY FAR the nicest storage facility I've ever seen! Fairly priced, easy accessibility, clean inside and out! And to top it all off, I have never had a bad experience with anyone working their. They've been nothing but kind, helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to store their their things in a safe and secure place!

Moth Infested

Absolutely do not store your things here! There's a horrendous moth problem (they say it's contained to the 2nd floor, but I can't confirm). I've been having to throw many of my things away because they are covered with hundreds of moths. It took weeks for them to start treating the problem and they still haven't solved it yet. I contacted the corporate office and, given the situation (being a pest infestation), they offered no help and pretty much said: too bad not our problem.
