This company is trash.

Uploaded my creatives, everything looked fine at first — then suddenly nothing worked anymore. Account blocked, money gone, zero support.

No clear reason, no chance to fix anything. Just done.

Doesn’t matter how big they act or how legit they look — the experience is awful and not worth the risk.

Friendly advice - don't deposit money before submitting your creatives for review. I didn't check this page, deposited $250 in crypto (because Paxum is broken, of course), and happily submitted my first creative.

They asked me for my target site address, and a day later I get an email saying my account is blocked, together with the $250, appeal not possible.

What really weirds me out is that they seem like a legitimate company with lots of revenue - why are they doing this scam tactic?

Anyway, don't trust their big brand name - get your creatives approved first, only then deposit the lowest amount you won't regret losing. Maybe they actually do sometimes work out for smaller advertisers, and there are people not getting scammed out there and running their ads...

Very bad service. Cant use the service with cash because they have paxum. Paxum service also shit. I had to use crypto. Dont recommend it at all.

I received an email stating that my account is currently under review for advertising a non-compliant offer on the platform. I was instructed to respond to the email within 10 business days, and that failure to do so would result in permanent suspension of my account.
I replied with more than five emails within the 10-business-day period but have not received any response from TrafficJunky. Please note that I still have a balance of over $250 in my account, which I am currently unable to access.
From the other reviews I’ve read, it seems TrafficJunky has a poor reputation for responding to customer emails. I sincerely hope my issue is resolved as soon as possible, as I cannot afford to lose $250.

Extremely disappointed with this service. They refused to issue my refund, rejected my campaign for unclear reasons that were never properly explained, and then banned my account. Now, they are completely ignoring all my emails. Unprofessional and frustrating experience.

Does it feel like a scam... yes
Do they offer secure payment options... no paxum is a joke and so is anyone who attempts to deposit money via paxum.

Traffic junky doesn't care about customer experience, they also dont seem to care about perception , layer after layer of complexity designed to push cash through strange platforms until it disappears.

They seem to have so decent advertising placements... will your ad appear there.... no dont be silly.

They mention PayPal.. they dont actually use it, login in with pay pal?? No thats not a real thing... everything about this service says Nigerian punishing scam except Nigerians are better with UX/UI design.

Boycott this service until they want to be taken seriously and operate with an actual payment solution thst doesn't involve moving money via carrier pidegion and some blood ritual.

Nothing about this platform says it can be trusted, the use of paxum further detracts from this. There isnt an option for zero stars...

I’m genuinely disappointed that I wasn’t able to use TrafficJunky’s service, even though I had major campaigns planned. The platform might work well in theory, but unfortunately, they’ve partnered with an unprofessional payment provider like Paxum, which is unreliable and anything but user-friendly.

This kind of setup causes serious trust issues and, in my opinion, they are losing a significant number of potential clients because of it.

Until they switch to a more reputable and stable payment solution (like Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or Revolut Business), I will not be using their services – and I certainly won’t be recommending TrafficJunky to anyone.

It’s a shame, because the core platform seems promising. But a system is only as strong as its weakest link – and right now, that’s Paxum.
I do not recommend using TrafficJunky as long as they rely on Paxum.

No possibility to deposit money without a VAT number, which is stupid since many companies don’t have a VAT number.

Here is my Experience with TrafficJunky.

I opened an advertiser account. Transferred 250$ to the account. Till now it went smooth. Next I uploaded 2 creative banner to the account, and I received an email a little later asking for my plans where to target and conversion. I answered. Then I saw the banners got rejected and was notified that the account was paused. Noting here that I haven't even started or even created any ad campaign. So from the conversion in the email, my conversion was directly to my business's customer service whatsapp number. So the email I received that it is prohibited to convert to whatsapp (which btw there is no mention about it in their policies). In all cases I replied that there is no problem, how about I create a landing page and convert users to the landing page. And they have not replied yet and my account under investigation (for what I don't even have a clue), I have been in advertising for a quite long time now, I have never seen measures taken in this way and in this unprofessional manner. I wouldn't be surprise they have taken such measures with a lot of people and have received the funds in their accounts illegally with simply giving unreal and wrong allegations about the account activities.

And of course no live chat, noone answer phone calls. Companies say they are ready to give the best experience, but such companies lately make it impossible to get quality customer service so you want have any channel to ask for your rights.

A week ago, I created an account on Traffic Junky and added €250 via cryptocurrency. On the same day, my account was suddenly disabled with the message: “Your account is under investigation. Please contact our support team.”

Since then, I’ve contacted support multiple times with no response whatsoever. It’s been a full week of silence. Out of frustration, I checked reviews here on Trustpilot and saw that many users have gone through the same, and that Traffic Junky actually replies here — which is why I’m posting this review.

I’m simply asking for a clear explanation and either access to my account or a refund. I have proof of the transaction and communication attempts if needed. This feels incredibly unprofessional and shady so far.

I contacted them about an issue with my balance, they said that the relevant department should have answered within 5-7 days. It's been 20...

added a the minimum balance of 250$ to my site balance, it was fine for 1 day my ad was running and spent around 50$ worth of ads. a day after my account got disabled and the money is gone. they refues to refund it saying I breached their site terms which is impossible since my ad got approved by a real human.
just stay away from this site please.

I created an account, deposited money, and immediately got flagged for “investigation.” They warned me that if I don’t submit something within seven days, my account will be permanently deleted and my funds will be lost. I’ve reached out every single day sent emails, tried Skype, everything to get a response from their support team. Absolutely no one gets back to me. It feels like a complete scam. I even tried the email mentioned in other reviews still nothing. This is beyond frustrating and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. 100% scam.

Haven't used them in years and they randomly sent me an account deactivation email, talking about legally keeping my information and an ongoing legal investigation or legal claim... I bought traffic on this awful platform once, a long time ago. Never did anything out of the ordinary to warrant any investigation. They can go F*** themselves

They are 100% a scam I paid $1500 to them, and I filled out the details on the invoice showing that I had paid like they told me to. The next day I logged on to see if the funds were available to put into my advertising plan and the invoice had disappeared completely not in all invoices or anywhere just gone, no funds added or anything.

I then contacted support to ask them what was going on and when I got a reply the next day they said to logon and give my username, when I tried to do this it came back with we have no record of these credentials meaning they had deleted my account completely.

They are liars who just want to take your money any review you find on them which is positive is likely fake.

I am now seeing what legal action I might be able to take to get my money back, if anyone has any suggestions or has dealt with them before, please post how you were able to retrieve your funds, thank you.

I wired transferred 1500 then got blocked out of my account right after. I even changed my password still can’t get in. They completely scammed me. This is absolutely cruel

Ive been using Traffic Junky for some time. Cannot complain about quality of traffic, as they have some very good sites in their network of course. However support leaves a bit to be desired. Support is slow and clumsy and its a negative on their behalf.

Fraudulent organisation

I uploaded 300 euros, I was immediately suspended, messed around by customer service for weeks then they shut down my account without repeal and have taken my 300

I never once created or set an ad live

Nor did I breach any of their T&Cs

Reading the other reviews they have just stolen my money and I will be pursuing legal action

UPDATE: I got in touch with the below email to resolve and they immediately closed my case again and stopped replying - DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE
