Never received order
I placed an order on 3/1. Tracking number and order confirmation were not given until asked for. The tracking number they provided me with was not even for my item and had a different shipping location. Customer service is terrible

Odpowiedź od Ezone Distribution
Hi Heather,
We’re sorry to see your review, however after thoroughly checking our system we do not have any record of an order under your name, nor have we received any emails or prior contact from you.
Additionally, it appears that you are based in the United States. We are a UK-based company and only ship within the United Kingdom, meaning it would not have been possible to place an order with us.
Due to these discrepancies, we have requested that Trustpilot ask you to provide the relevant order details and evidence so we can properly investigate this matter.
We take claims like this very seriously and are committed to protecting the integrity of our business.
Kind regards,
Tahir

Odpowiedź od Ezone Distribution
Hi Jacob,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Your order was dispatched the very next day via Royal Mail Tracked 48, and unfortunately the delay was due to Royal Mail experiencing delivery issues which are outside of our control.
We have checked the tracking and can see the order has now been delivered. We hope everything arrived safely and that you’re happy with the item.
As we dispatched the order promptly, we don’t feel the negative review fairly reflects the service we provided. If you would consider updating or removing the review, we would greatly appreciate it.
Kind regards,
Tahir
