Ezone Distribution Recenzje

❗Don't buy!!!!
❗Don't buy!!!!!! Purchased perfume from this shop! Smells so fake that it gives you headache. And they don't accept returns because it's been opened!

Excellent transaction, amazing delivery time

Fast and reliable service! Can't beat their prices across the market 👌

One of the best fragrances I had

Poor customer service

Great service quick delivery

I have just received my 4th bottle from them and I do plan to stick with their services.
Delivery is superb.
Prices are reasonable and the fragrances they have are good quality.
All round. No complaints. Spot on.

Great experience

Product was brilliantly priced, 100% genuine and shipped super fast. Great company and I highly recommend them.

Experience ordering from Ezone Distribution was great. I bought Rayhaan Elixir, Lattafa Qaed Al Fursan and Oud for Glory, and the 10% sign-up discount was a nice bonus.

There was a small delay because Oud for Glory was out of stock, but Tahir kept me updated throughout, offered me a refund or alternative, and still sent the other two fragrances straight away. He later contacted me again when more stock was expected, which I really appreciated.

Communication was quick, friendly and genuine, and all the fragrances I received checked out as authentic. Really happy with the service and I’d definitely feel confident ordering again, very soon.

Top tier company and highly recommended. Unfortunately due to a shipment issue they didn’t have available my original order, only part of. So offered a few alternatives at no extra cost which worked out really well because now I’m obsessed with what I got in replacement. Straight forward and easy to communicate, excellent customer service, great shipping as got it next day delivery too. Both perfumes turned up in perfect brand new packaging. Honestly you just couldn’t ask for anything more. Will be ordering many more from these guys. Ps Rayhaan crimson and Rasasi Hawas fire, both extremely good scents

Excellent service. A product I had ordered was unavailable so they emailed me to let me know. I was offered a refund or to pick another product which I did. The complete order was then sent out the following day. I can't fault this company.

Very fast delivery and good communication two more words needed to finish

Happy I m so happy

I’ve had a very good experience with Ezone Distribution. All the perfumes I’ve purchased have been original, affordable, and delivered quickly. I once received an item that was damaged, but the issue was resolved promptly and a replacement was sent out without any hassle. Very reliable service, and I’ll definitely patronise them again.

Excellent company. Competitive prices and the fastest dispatch time and deliveries I have had from any other fragrance company. Customer service is quick to reply, polite and very helpful. I have used them on a few occasions now and each time they have been without fault. Highly recommended.

Placed the wrong order, my own fault. I contacted customer service by email and explained. They were fantastic, I ordered the Velixir Artemis but wanted the Velixir Asteria. The Asteria wasn't on the website but customer services said they had one bottle that they hadn't had chance to put on the website. I ordered a different Velixir and customer services made sure I was sent the Asteria. Bravo customer services (Tahir) 👏👏👏👏👏.
As for the perfume wow, I had previously bought Velixir Concordia (dupe of L.V Symphony) so thought I'd give Velixir Asteria (dupe of L.V. City of Stars). Got say these are amazing fragrances, why would you pay over £400 when you can get these for around £50 for 100ml.
Ezonedistribution.co.uk will definitely be a got to for me from now on.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience dealing with Tahir and this company. Had a minor issue that they were able to resolve and in fact go above and beyond on which was super impressive - serious care has gone into this business and its customer service.

Would highly recommend buying from here.

Poor quality don’t even lasts for an hour
