Schade, bin sehr enttäuscht. Hatte mindestens zwei Wochen auf die Brille gewartet, dann wurde mir so ein billiges Plastikteil von sehr minderer Qualität mit trüben Plastikgläsern geliefert. Ich hatte nicht viel erwartet, allerdings für den Preis von fast 25€ wäre es schön, immerhin eine klare Durchsicht zu haben. Das hochwertigste daran, ist die Hartplastikhülle. Die Brille (made in china) landet im Müll, da die Rücksendung teurer, als der Wert des Plastikmülls, ist.

Owing to an issue with the local postal service, there was some confusion accessing my delivery ... but Eyekeeper keenly sent me a way of dealing with it and I received a good, high quality product. I felt obliged to rewrite my previous review.

Like the easiness of placing them on. The lenses coverage is not good, small and looks goofy seeing the eye glass lenses around stick out past the shade lenses.

After leaving a negative review, the company contacted me and offered a replacement pair.
I had already dumped the original pair with the broken leg, so I thought it was a nice gesture.

The quality of this product amazed me when I opened the package. I have seen glasses from other companies similar to these, but they were thin plastic. These are what could be considered heavy-duty. The colors are as vivid as those depicted in the ad. In short, I was thrilled!

My lenses came out of my new glasses and I contacted the company and they sent me another pair. I like the glasses and was excited to know of their good customer service

After having two pair of glasses break right away, I wrote a bad review. I am now changing that review after I was contacted by their support offering a refund for the two pair of glasses. I appreciated this very much. It happened immediately, and I am now very pleased with my remaining glasses!

I ordered a pack of 4 glasses 2 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. This company does not believe in REFUNDS

I had made an earlier review stating that I liked my bifocal sunglasses, but was disappointed because one of the arms had broken. I stated that I was able to repair them with super glue, but Eyekeeper reached out to me and said they would replace them anyway. The shipping of the replacement glasses is in progress.

I waited weeks for my order which didn’t arrive. I eventually contacted my bank and put in a chargeback. My bank refunded me within a few days. Eye keeper then contacted me and asked me to cancel the chargeback and they would resend the glasses or give me a refund. This is the only correspondence I had with them.

Ordered two pairs of glasses for my hubby. The first broke within a week after giving them to him for Christmas. The company offered a full refund. I ended up with just a refund for the one pair of glasses. I tried to have them reverse that and just send replacement because they obviously miswrote their message to me. Run don't walk to another company. It was also hard to make a review so that tells me they only want Happy Customer.
