Total rubbish that comes from
CHINA, waited a longggg time for my order and it never arrived. I still got charged and will now have to report this company to my credit card and do a reversal of funds.
Swerve this company. Not worth the hassle. Wish I’d checked reviews before I ordered this junk.

If you buy it in Europe, you have to pay the returning cost to ship it to the US, even though the product was send from China with very low shipping costs. Quality is very poor of the glasses too.

Shipping was fast but unfortunately I don't like the fit of the glasses. The nose pads hurt after a while and the frame doesn't sit properly over my ears. I essentially wasted my money because I can't wear them.

Although I had an issue with durability of selected frames, Eyekeeper were quick to rectify the problem. Excellent customer service.

Always break at hinges.
I love the designs and the lenses and ordered twice.
Sadly, the hinges don't last more than a week or so usage.

Well they arrived in good time and well packaged. They seem sturdy in construction and the magnification is just about right for me. I love colours, running from formal black and brown, to the more casual Yellow, Green and Red. Well done!

I was sent the wrong glasses. When I told customer services that the new glasses were a different shape from my previous pair, I was told repeatedly, no they are the correct glasses.

I’d purchased the same model as I’d had before but on arrival they were a different colour and shape.

I sent a photo of the two pairs - proving one has a round bottom edge while one is squared off, and they’re a different colour. They haven’t replied. I think I deserve an apology.

By all means buy from eyekeeper but a month on i still havent received my order.

Edit - i emailed them and received a reply within 24 hours offering either a refund or a reorder. I chose refund as reorder would take 2-3 weeks and have received redund one day later so that bit was effective and made me want to add a star. Maybe this is just about the dreadful delivery company they use.

I ordered a pair of reading glasses with different strengths for left and right eye. They came wrong: the people at eyekeeper apparently don´t know left from right. I sent 4 emails with pictures for proof, asking them to correct their mistake and send me the correct combination. They didn´t even answer me. I´ve had to open a Paypal case and was refunded by Paypal. So: not recommended, as no customer support at all.

The glasses were damaged and I wrote to the company . They offer me a replacement or money back. Their reply was quick and efficient

Sends from china at euro prices. Better buy cheap Chinese products ( same ) and pay much less if you’re to wait months either way.

Blue-blocking glasses cost up to 10 times as much as my Eyekeepers and they routinely let a lot of blue light through. My Eyekeeper 100% blue-blocking glasses truly block blue light so I can use my phone and laptop but go easily to sleep right afterwards. And they have adjustable temples that I barely feel—they don’t clamp my head and hurt like a more expensive pair from another company. Their customer service is outstanding and generous. And people who break Eyekeepers must be really destructive. Glasses don’t break unless you sit on them or something. My $700 prescription glasses are no better quality than my Eyekeepers.
