I truly appreciate the customer service (CS) I had today. My order was placed wrong and in sheer panic I inquired about it. I went back and forth with CS like a madman and kind of gave them a hard time.. I'm very sorry for that.. but CS had a lot of patience with me and was able to resolve it and within the same day as my order. Thank you CS!

Eyecandies has some of the best, exclusive colored contacts for a reasonable price. Only thing I wish they improved on is more availability of hydrogel (the latest tech for improved hydration) and in more prescription selections. For example, offering -1.5 instead of just -1 or -2 for a certain lens.

I love the contact lenses! It is very comfy and it makes makeup look beautiful.

Totally unreliable company. Ordered customised toric coloured lenses but sent wrong colour. Have been trying to contact by all means but no respond. Not to be trusted. AVOID!!! Even responded below but didn’t bother contacting!!!

Great store. I bought the EOS blytheye red contact. I accidentally only bought one, but the shipping was pretty quick (18 days) and I had no problems with tracking. The contact itself is so soft, I can’t even feel it! I would strongly recommend this site to anyone who needs color contacts. I thought it was a scam (because of other reviews) but was pleasantly surprised. Try it yourself!

Do not use this website! The customer service is absolutely awful. I did not receive half of my order and it has been over 3 months. They refuse to give me a refund or store credit as they are "not responsible for any misdelivery". They also said if they receive the package back they will refund me minus the shipping cost. How is my pacakge getting lost for months my issue as a customer? How about you treat your customer right and provide basic compensation that any other company would.

EDIT: You replied to this but failed to mentioned that the packaged arrived at canada post office 3 MONTHS LATER. I never received a notice, I went to the post office after you made me aware of this. I went TWICE BUT NOTHING! I told you guys where you NEVER replied to me. A refund by store credit was agreed upon but you then changed your minds and said no without telling me at any point, without giving me ANY reponse. I don't appreciate lies as a reponse to this. I have all the proofs on email and can post screenshots. How on earth is a package getting LOST FOR MONTHS and a package NEVER arriving (which I informed you guys about both times) MY ISSUE!!! WTH. WHY WOULD I PAY 30% ?

They sent me an email back saying they checked my oder I only ordered 1 pair. I provided receipts and my box unvail video. I disputed with my bank in the end. SCAMMERS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I’ve ordered from eyecandy’s multiple times now and each time has been a pleasant experience. Their customer service is great as well and respond promptly to emails. They also have helped quickly accommodate me in situations where something I ordered went out of stock. The shipping is reliable, comes with tracking, and the packages always arrive in excellent condition. It’s become my preferred website for purchasing colored lenses!

I ordered 2 pairs for $96USD which was the promo. One pair would've been $76. One of them was good, I could see, fit well, kinda drying but bearable. The other pair was MESSED UP. I'm pretty sure they gave me the wrong prescription even though I ordered the same as the first pair. I tried flipping them (left to right), but it didn't work. I contacted them and they gave me a store credit after a week of back and forth messaging (I'm from Canada and they're from China so flipped time zones). But they gave me a COUPON CODE of $48 (NOT STORE CREDIT), half of the $96 which made sense. But the thing is, I can only use that coupon by itself. So I'd have a $48 coupon for a $76 item. Which as you can tell, doesn't cover it. They really thought I was stupid enough to think $48=$76. They then said they'd send a replacement pair but after mentioned they're unable to. After a long time I MEAN LONG, I emailed them July 22 and now it's August 25… they did not accommodate my needs. I was skeptical about ordering but now I understand why. DON'T BUY FROM THIS CRAPPY STORE! They also have fake people who respond to emails. Just buy from pinkyparadise or olens, a bit more expensive but at least you know it's legit instead of spending twice the amount for a broken pair (I chose to buy the cheaper ones which backfired cause now I'm paying more than twice the amount I would have at pinky paradise) I put the prices for two pairs of contact lenses below, one from eyecandy and the other from pinkyparadise. UNBELIEVABLE!

I wanted something different. I went to eyecandys and then there it was. Beautiful contacts that I could afford. They are so beautiful and comfortable. I love them.

the contacts are super pretty and they look super natural, plus, they're extreamly comfy, You can't even feel them in your eyes!!!, I recommend this contacts a lot, they're one of my favorites💖

Very disappointed with this company ordered contacts on 6/18 /21 did not hear anything back till I emailed them on the 6/ 23 & haven’t heard anything since called USPS & found out the order hasn’t even been sent from the company yet & I paid extra for faster shipping. Just want my money back this is a sketchy company!!!

I will give this online shop 1 star because they have not processed my ordered yet even though its more than 10 days. No email answer. Ship my order or refund my money
