I ordered some coloured toric lenses form eyecandys and couldn't see out of the left contact, when I messaged the customer service helpline they were super helpful and quick with their responses. They honoured their 30 day guarantee and I'm completely satisfied with the customer experience and product, thanks Jessica!

I received a damaged contact and did not realize until I opened the container. Because I have been using eyecandy's for several years and know it couldn't have been mishandling on my part, I requested a replacement by e-mail. I received a response the same day, was able to demonstrate the damaged through photos, and they mailed me a replacement the very next day. The process was very painless and exactly why I continue to use eyecandy's. They're the most trustworthy circle lens company that doesn't require prescription uploading IMO. Thanks Sheila!

I highly advise to not buy lenses from this site. So first they claim to have free shipping if u order over a certain amount. I added lenses to my order just to get the free shipping. Come to find out I was charged 50 dollars for shipping. When I emailed about it I was told u only get free shipping if u order from same warehouse. Except there's no way for u to know what warehouse ur ordering from. When I asked about this they ignored me. I ordered 3 lenses total. Received tracking for one. It arrived in 3 weeks. I inquired where my other two were. I didn't receive tracking for those. They sent me a bonus tracking from a no name carrier that made absolutely no sense. It was out for delivery one day. Then the next picked up by carrier. And the last thing it said was cleared customs. There was no updates ever since it cleared customs and still has not been (3months later) I emailed again asking them to explain the tracking to me and where was my order. No response. At this point I'm filing a claim with PayPal. I don't want anybody else to experience what I did. This site is sketchy at best. Customer service useless. And the free shipping is a hoax. You will be charged fifty dollars for shipping because they will tell u it shipped from different warehouses. And u won't know if it's true or not because there's no way you can know. I highly suggest shopping elsewhere for lenses.

The best color contacts site! The shipping was super fast from KR to AUS, and the quality of the lenses (Hey Mish Blue + Brown) is absolutely perfect - incredibly comfortable, great color, no dryness. While I haven't personally needed customer service, it seems the EyeCandys support team is very responsive and active! Kudos :)

Great customer service!
I ordered contacts last year and had no problem with them. This year, however, was different. The left eye for one of the pairs I ordered was blurry, despite having the same prescription (and I am still currently using the old ones until it expires next month) so the cause for the blurriness wasn't a change in prescription. Anyway, reached out to customer support and I was genuinely surprised that they offered to send a replacement pair for the defective contacts. The exchange took a few days but in the end I am very satisfied with how they handled it. Thank you again Jessica!

I absolutely LOVE shopping with EyeCandys!!! They are my go to website for contacts! They have great prices, they always have the newest and cutest lenses in stock, lots of variety and the shipping is low priced and FAST! This last purchase I made from EyeCandys was my 3rd or 4th purchase and there will definitely be more in the future!

I just love those contacts, it took awhile to arrive but they are perfect, not expensive at all. Great quality and i can even see better with my astigmatism!

False advertising and non-responsive customer service. The package took 5 weeks to arrive when they said it would arrive in 10-15 business days.

I really like violet color contacts I purchased at Eyecandys. They are a beautiful shade of violet. I like the great selection of colors that Eyecandys has. They have color contacts available in prescription also, which is great because I wear prescription contacts.

Super fast and reliable delivery! Really happy I found this company. The lenses are great quality, and they get to my door (where I live in Europe) within 4 days. A little more expensive then where I used to get my lenses, but totally worth it for the fast and trackable delivery :)

One of my lens had a tear in it I emailed them My contacts were replaced, Jessica was very helpful.

These lenses were easy to use, comfy and the prescription was correct - I took a star off because there was no change in eye color - guess my eyes are too dark for this color.

I placed an order, the first week of January 2022.
I have not received the order. I got a reply back saying that the order was delivered but it was not. There was no confirmation of the order, or anything. Just, looked at their computer. I would not have queried, before performing those exact steps myself. Also, I would not say I did not get something, if I did.
My next course of action will be to contact my attorney.

I initially never received my package. Contacted the EyeCandy Admin team and they sent a replacement package.

When i got my parcel the lenses were well protected! The packaging was also super cute!! The lenses came in sterile glass bottles with saline solution inside, they also came with application tools and lens cases! :) They went in to my eyes quickly with no discomfort and continued to be comfortable during my 3 hour shoot! The lenses looked absolutely stunning + vibrant and showed up on camera so well! I love these lenses so much! <333

I appreciated the opportunity to collaborate with the brand and enjoyed the look of the contacts! I wish the contacts were offered in higher strengths and that the response time was quicker but overall pretty good experience!

I was missing a pair of lenses from my order. I contacted customer service and within minutes the issue was corrected and my new lenses are on the way! Thank you Jessica for the help!

Where is my order?

I made my order nearly two months ago, and I couldn't track the order through the provided tracking link, the latest update was '2021-09-27 17:20
HK, Sender is preparing item for posting'.

Furthermore, I couldn't get in touch with any eyecandys customer service through its online chat service. It just automatically replied to me and said they will contact me through email. It's been 4 days since my initial inquiry was sent. Can anyone pick this up, please?
