I assume they are scam.
I bought Acouve true eye contact lenses ($266.87) on November 8th and contacted them on November 16th to ask when I could get the tracking number and package.
I was told that they emailed me on the 14th that the lenses I ordered were out of stock, but I missed that email. To be honest, I was expecting the package have already departed.
Reluctantly I requested full refund of my order on 17th and but my transaction statue on paypal still not canceled until today November 23rd.
I had to claim a refund via paypal because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get a refund.
It is very annoying that I have to keep worrying about the refund. The worst online store ever.

When buying eyecandy contacts delivery was really fast which was perfect for me. I was looking for a sublet change for my dark brown eyes and found it left me feeling comfortable and happy.

I own about 7 pairs of brown color contacts from 3 different companies. The ones I got here are by far my favorite. I think they reason is the colors they use mimics natural eye color. Our eye colors changes depending on our mood, the angle of the light, the color clothing we are wearing, etc. These were very comfortable to wear for 6-8 hours.

this is my first time that i use cont lenses, and i really love them, so easy to put on, so beauty color and they looks so natural! you have to try it!!!!!

Worst website I have ever tried to use. I cannot even log in. I keep getting error message after error message, and captchas. Ridiculous. Will not try to purchase from them anymore.

I have astigmatism in both eyes and my right eye is getting pretty weak. So I was excited to find Neo Vision toric lenses on EyeCandys.com this spring (05/2022). I got tons of compliments when I wore Neo “Cosmo Blue,” a vivid medium blue (not dark teal, like I expected). I also ordered Neo “Cosmo Green,” but it’s so sheer that it’s barely noticeable on my dark brown eyes. Cosmo Green just made my eyes look swampy.

Now, I had to wait two weeks for them to make toric lenses for my level of astigmatism and shipping took another two weeks. They usually let you know when the package is in California, US. Tracking information may (or may not) update from that point.

I have worn the Pink Label Shade Violet and they are everything! They are so comfortable to wear, easy to put in and a breeze to take out. I thought the color of the lens wouldn’t show through because I have dark brown eyes but the color came through. It comes with a instruction pamphlet to show you how to put them in, take them out and how to take care of them. It even comes with a case! All you need is contact solution and you are ready to go!

Eye candies was excellent service and delivery was good! The contact lenses were great quality and so comfortable to wear all day and I love the assortment of different shades! My contact lenses were prescription and were bang on maybe even better than my prescription eyeglasses!

Amazing products delivery was fast and easily tracking available. The Contacts were super soft and comfortable.

The good reviews on their site convinced me to get their Toric coloured lenses. When I wore it, my vision is blur. Nothing close to normal Toric lenses that I’m wearing. Furthermore, my right eye got infected and was sore for a few days. I tried to write a bad review on their site but it was never approved (this is why they only get good reviews). So I wasted almost $100 in my own currency for their poor quality lenses.
