I placed my first order with them a month ago and my order shipped into 2 different packages. I received my first part of the order no problem and it had such lovely packaging! However, I was still waiting for the second part of my order.

I waited for about a month and still haven't received it..so I contacted Customer Services and a person named Jessica immediately responded back and told me it may be lost in transit based on the tracking. So they immediately told me not to worry and that they will resend a replacement order for me. That is what I call customer service! They answered me so quickly which I really appreciated and addressed my concerns.

I will continue to purchase from them for this reason. Thank you Eye Candy for having such amazing Customer Service.

I like the glasses! they have a number of beautiful comores! I am very comfortable when it comes to using them! They don't bother and I can see perfectly

I'd give it 0 stats but it won't let me. The company is totally incompetent. They can't deliver make up excuses don't return your money and then lie about everything. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Companies like this need to be sorted out and prevented from doing business.

I got these as the random free pair of lenses for spending so much. They are really comfy & the glitter is subtle. I was on the fence on glitter lenses cause it jus freaks me out but I love these so far! I do wish they had given me the cocoa color as my eye are a deeper brown so these ones give more of a caramel tone over my eyes, I like it jus not as much as I would if it it blended more naturally. 10/10 recommend!!

I have purchased multiple items from them a few are great, others are just un-wearable. I have sent out an email with the issue and they completely ignored me. And it's not like I asked for a refund, I was just providing feedback.

This company is a scam, don’t order from them. I’ve been waiting almost a month for a refund and nobody from support will answer emails and all they’ll send is a fake refund invoice without giving my money back. I’d advise you use a reputable company instead of getting robbed by Eyecandys.

This is my 3rd purchase from eyecandys. I have been wearing contacts for over 25 years. I CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH- how much I love eye candy contacts. They are so comfortable, I forgot I'm wearing them. I can go all day without eye irritation. I also love the wide array of colors. I have light green eyes, and I love wearing different shades of their blues. It gives my eyes just the right amount of blue hue. They look so natural. My husband loves them, he said my eyes look like the sky. Also, shipping is very fast. Usually 5 days to my door. They are packaged in adorable safe little reusable and eco friendly GLASS containers. Eye candy has a loyal customer for life. If you are looking for a sign to try eye candy's, THIS IS YOUR SIGN!

I love the fast shipping but most importantly my contacts look great I was skeptical at first because I know that I have a astigmatism in one of my eyes and wasn't sure if my regular prescription would work, but I was surprised that I was able to see out of them but I wish I would have went to a half size prescription due to the astigmatism because I would be able to wear the contacts daily. which is why I would suggest going a half size up in your prescription if you have astigmatism for example if your prescription is 2.00 go 2.50 if you plan on wearing them everyday. Other than that I love them and will definitely purchase more.

Scammed out 40$. Never received a refund like they said they would. Will be posting this everywhere so people know not to buy here.

I had the worst experience with this company. I have bought toric lenses from other places with no issue. But upon wearing Eyecandys toric lenses, they burned, pricked, and stinged my eyes so bad. For hours, my eyes were bloodshot, puffy, and red. Because of this, the company issued me a store credit, which I accepted at first. I put the contacts away and told myself I would try again another day. Another day comes, I try to wear the contacts again, only to see that keeps moving out of my pupil. I take them out to find TEARS in the lenses. My eyes got puffy and swollen once again. This time, I emailed back requesting a full refund to my bank account. I do not want store credit, or to ever purchase from your site ever again because this is dangerous to my health. You can cause severe damage to your eyes having tears in contact lenses!! I emailed three times, and got no response after asking for a full refund to my bank account. Not only did the contacts rip after two tries of wear, they hurt my eyes badly. Customer service was no help. My order number is EC153613, and I am requesting a FULL REFUND to my original payment.
