This website for contacts is awesome. I placed my order and within a few weeks I received my contacts. They sent me information when they had shipped. I even got a free contact case. I will shop again, thank you very much!
I am giving 2 stars because when I ordered from Eyecandy previously the order was shipped promptly, was correct, and they were beautiful. This time...well, not so much. My order was placed on February 23rd for 2 pair of contacts. Here we are halfway through April and I have never received my order. I have reached out to customer service and of course Jessica has been quick to respond. Finally I just requested my order be cancelled and a refund issued. Of course that is moving at snail pace as well. I ultimately had to file a claim with Paypal. I am very disappointed. Colored contacts for astigmatism are hard to come by. I loved my last pair and was eager to give this company my business. Unfortunately I'll have to look elsewhere.

I ordered 2 packs of astigmatism lenses (NEO monet brown) for $96. At first, it went well with Jessica (Customer Service) because she seemed glad to help me fix the error on my address. It got here on time BUT once i unwrapped the package, i noticed they had the "axis" WRONG on my left lense (it said "180" on the side). If you get a custom, they also handwrite your prescription on the cap (which had "170" on mine and is my correct axis). I told Jessica about this, and she told me the prescription on the lense is correct ("170"). I don't understand why it says 180 then and they handwrite 170 on the cap? What am i supposed to believe? It was honestly VERY SKETCHY from that point on. I tried it on and of course, only my left eye was BLURRY. I knew the left one was wrong because i have different contacts with these prescriptions, and they fit fine. Why lie? So I told her again and asked how I can fix this problem (asking for a refund) and she sends me a one word letter as a response (probably because she doesn't want to get fired so she HAS TO respond). This is probably the most unprofessional and sketchiest company I ordered/communicated with. Judging by the reviews, I'm not the only one who experienced this. Please. You guys need to stop messing with and LYING to your customers.

Don’t buy from this company !! They just take your money and you will not receive your order. Better that , no customer service is getting back to me either

I ordered over $80 worth of contacts from this site and even paid for express shipping. They sent the package to some random address over 1000 miles from the one that I entered, and I confirmed on the shipping statement that I entered my address correctly. I've been emailing their customer service for over a year and have never received a response.

DO NOT buy from this company! I'm very disappointed because I ordered from them in the past and had no issues. I was charged $62.43 a month ago and went back and forth with Jessica from customer service and have STILL not received a refund!!! Now they are just ignoring my emails altogether. Their business name is Avril Group Limited HK. Never received a refund OR contacts 24 days later. Save yourself the trouble and order your contacts with a different company.
**UPDATE: They've responded to this review to try to do damage control. I've received an email from a different representative, who is still trying to say my bank maybe just "authorized" the charge. Authorizations don't last a month later. I was charged, and now my bank is getting involved since these people don't wanna give me my money back. Don't believe the hype.

I was very surprised to see the negative reviews about this brand considering I received my product. Yes, it took 3-4 weeks but I expected that with the current pandemic situation and knowing it’s coming from overseas. Packaging was nice and simple and I appreciate the lenses case. Overall, I was very happy with my purchase.

I've been ordering from them for a very long time, I'd say for almost a decade. I find their product to be reliable. A lot of the reviews complain about shipping. When I order, I'm not really pressed for time. Considering from where it's being shipped, it's just better not to have any expectations - the order will come eventually. I also find that their customer service were prompt when I asked about any status update.

I have ordered from EyeCandy's for the past 3 years. I see many negative comments about long shipping times etc...I honestly never had any issues with this company- they are always responsive- lenses are beautiful and affordable. The wait time is due to where they are coming from AND they need to go thru customs-that takes a while. Please be patient IF you want expedited service pay extra- keep in mind that there will be delays.

Repeating what everyone else has already stated. HOWEVER this is my experience. Order £100 has still not arrived after paying for express shipping. After starting to look into if others had received theirs on time (via their IG account) I noticed they are deleting comments (including mine). This company is obviously not new to terrible service and the whole covid delay thing is bullcrap as every other order is arriving in a timely manner as usual. One more lie just like the plandemic I guess. Anyone it’s a zero star from me but that’s not possible hence the one. :)

Literally would give no stars if I had the choice it’s been 15 days and still haven’t received my lenses. Wish I read the reviews first. Sent them an email and dm’ed them on instagram but they’re busy posting pictures to trap people but can’t reply to customers.

Stay away if you thinking about purchasing contacts I sent them an email asking why haven't my products shipped and it's been over two weeks they do not respond I will be asking for refund!!!!!!

I wear contact lenses daily and over 10 years now, ordered a pair of contact lenses they seemed fine and comfy when tried on, however, they are the first pair of contact lenses that I own split within a week of wear. I am quite disappointed with the quality of it. Contact customer services immediately waited over a month and reach them out again then get a reply of they can't do anything about it. They replied, "It is primarily the customer's responsibility to choose their product and be aware of the product's features prior to purchasing." Basically told me ordering from EyeCandy and they ship them the rest of the risks are customers ourselves.

Spent over $100, it's been over one month and not only have they not shipped out my order, they have not even replied to my emails. I was also charged for extra shipping when they clearly had a promotion mentioning free shipping for orders > $60 for my country.
Others may have differing experiences, but this is mine and I'm severely disappointed. Very unprofessional. Will not interact with this business again.

I ordered on Nov 29 with a total of over $100 and never received the package. I emailed customer service on Jan 12 and talked to EyeCandy’s CS (JESSICA). And she casually said that my order hasn’t been shipped because some of the products I ordered has changed names (I-Dol to I-Sha). What kind of ridiculous excuse is that???? And why I have never received an email about it?? So they were going to just keep my money for over a month and secretly wish I forgot my order or something???
I asked EyeCandys Customer Service (Jessica) to please ship it via DHL Express for me considering the long delay they conveniently caused, or just cancel my order and refund me. HER reponse?? See below!

I would give 0 star. Bad communication and services, I've sent three emails since 2 Jan, and only got one reply with useless information, nothing could be solved. Firstly, spend $50 get free shipping has never existed! Secondly, cannot use the gift code that i redeemed from candy points. Such a scammer, do not waste your time and money.
