The shipping is fast and the quality of the contacts are soo good!

I needed custom colored tori lenses. Few companies even offer these but Eye Candys does. They produced the lenses quickly and I am wearing them as I type this. They are very comfortable and the price was reasonable. Processing and shipping is fast, especially for a custom product. I highly recommend this company.

I’m a returning customer of eye candy for my contact lenses as I’ve never had any issues with anything including the products as well the delivery not to mention how reasonably priced they are! I recently bought a few pairs of new contacts but forgot to pick out a colour for the promotional part of the package. After I got in touch with a client rep I was able to get them to choose the colour in the shades I’d specified. I just got the preview of them and they’re absolutely lovely, all in the colours I’d generally pick out myself. I trust them implicitly and I can’t wait to try out the new contact lenses they’ve selected especially the grey shade I’ve never tried but always wanted to. I look forward to continuing to do business with them without a doubt not only quality products but staff as well! Extremely helpful & really want to see you happy! Never got my order. I paid for x-route shipping and the only update I ever got was that the shipping label was created. It’s remained like that for the past 2 weeks. I assumed that they were never intending to deliver it.

I dont know what is going on with this company. I ordered the torque pink label. Contact lenses in one pair scratched and burned my eyes. They insisted on sending me a new pair instead of my money and the pair that was replaced. With burn my eyes tremendously.Save your eyes do not order from this company.

I've been a customer of EyeCandys for about 6 years and I am absolutely in love with them. Their customer service is great and I've only received quality lenses within reasonable shipping periods. EyeCandys will always be my go to coloured lens store.

The dahlia brown contacts are very natural and subtle, the look I wanted to go for everyday wear. Another big factor for choosing them was prescription selection for each eye, something i had been struggling to find prior. Their packaging is super cute, and I was able to wear the contacts for over 9-10 hours with no issue. The delivery doesn't take that long either, it came within 2 weeks. These are great contacts company for anyone to order from.

My eyes look so pink! First time using contacts so took me a min to learn how to put them in but pretty comfortable all day.

I gave it a one because I had to in order to write a review. This is only a magnifying glass, and a really bad one. I’ve bought better at the Dollar Store. Worst magnifying glass I’ve ever bought.

I just received my Acuvue Define contact lenses! The order did take a few weeks since coming from China, but it came! The tracking was constantly updating. I will def order from here again!

EYECANDYS REFUND POLICY FROM WEBSITE:
Please note that items on sale or purchased with a coupon code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items in original condition (unopened, unmarked and unused) can be returned for a partial refund.

You may request the refund to be issued to the original credit card used or as store credit.
Returns are subject to a flat $8 restocking fee.
EyeCandy's must be contacted within 10 working days of the posted delivery date documented on the online postal service or courier tracking system.
Return shipping reimbursement is currently unavailable. Reimbursement for original shipping fees is unavailable.
Returned items must be in original, unopened condition, including tags, booklets, labels, stickers and any other packaging materials. Contact lenses stored in vials must have the seals intact and unbroken.
The customer is responsible for the shipping fees back to EyeCandys. Please ship whatever shipping method you prefer. EyeCandy's strongly recommends adding delivery confirmation and/or signature confirmation to all return packages as EyeCandys is not responsible for any packages lost in the mail. It is the customer's responsibility to research any lost package shipped back to EyeCandys that may have been lost in the mail stream.
Please contact us with your order ID for the return address.
Upon receiving your returned ordered and checking the items are in returnable condition, the refund/store credit will be issued within 14 working days. For exchanges, the customer will be invoiced for regular shipping fees (US$10 for standard shipping, courier shipping at calculated rate) and any other price differential incurred. Exchanged items will be despatched 5 business days of receiving payment. Store credit must be used at the time of purchase and may not be applied towards an existing/previous order.
Under no circumstances can items with opened packaging be returned for a refund or exchange.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

MY ORIGINAL REVIEW:
This company is fraud. Their contact lense colors are enhanced on their website. The actual lense colors are so muted, they can't be seen on the eye. When I asked for a refund, PER THEIR REFUND POLICY, they denied, then ghosted me. I am very unsatisfied with their product AND customer service!

Every bit of buying from eyecandy was very easy. Great products, shipping and customer service. I had an issue with one of the lenses and it was resolved very quickly and that lens was replaced. I will be buying more from you.

Love how blue eyes make me look and feel! My lover really enjoys the change, trust me!

The shipping was timely, the contacts were in great condition, and they're very responsive. One of the contacts I received didn't match my order, so I emailed them with pics, and they mailed my correct contact the next day free of charge (as deserved). I definitely recommend that you buy your contacts from here for peace of mind.
