Bought wash machine on-line after 8 days still waiting for that and when I was calling to customer service and they said they will have look on my order and let me know and nobody call me back I am very disappointed

Excellent service. Received an email the day before delivery and a phone call 30 minutes before item was delivered the following day. Item was delivered within 5 working days.

Ordered large freezer on Thursday afternoon, delivered on Friday lunchtime. Great!

Delivery advertised as 3 to 5 days. Took 3 attempts to discover that they couldn’t deliver until day 14. Very difficult to get info regarding the delivery. Very frustrating to deal with. Said they had an issue in the warehouse. When asked if they could deliver the following day once issue was resolved they said it was not possible. When new date was confirmed and they said they would notify the delivery guy he called to deliver saying they never notified him.

Tablets damaged goods and haven’t received replacement yet. Not good enough.

Had a problem with the delivery, which was due to physical damage in the warehouse, but this was rectified by the staff in mullingar and it duly arrived the following day

All fine but took 10 working days for delivery anfter two follow ups and small bit of damage to fridge on delivery . Didn’t bother reporting because needed fridge and did not want to be without fridge any longer

I ordered a watch from Expert. Price was good, and the ordering experience was simple, as you can imagine.

What I didn't know was, it was not in stock, and it took more than a week to arrive after ordering.

Anyway, it gave trouble while in warranty, and I contacted Expert for advice. While I did get some help, I was asked if I had contacted customer service. I replied that I wanted to contact them first, and got no answer, so was left to my own devices.

It wasn't a terrible experience, but could have been handled better

Ordered a controller arrived faulty analog stick squeeking audio jack not working. Sent it back for a replacement. Now there sending it to Sony to fix rather than a replacement. There also trying to say there is a wire missing for the controller which it never came with. Poor!
