I ordered a watch from Expert. Price was good, and the ordering experience was simple, as you can imagine.

What I didn't know was, it was not in stock, and it took more than a week to arrive after ordering.

Anyway, it gave trouble while in warranty, and I contacted Expert for advice. While I did get some help, I was asked if I had contacted customer service. I replied that I wanted to contact them first, and got no answer, so was left to my own devices.

It wasn't a terrible experience, but could have been handled better

Ordered a controller arrived faulty analog stick squeeking audio jack not working. Sent it back for a replacement. Now there sending it to Sony to fix rather than a replacement. There also trying to say there is a wire missing for the controller which it never came with. Poor!

Terrible experience after putting a order in 5 days later I get a email saying the orders not in stock what a absolute disgrace and then issued a refund and still have got the refund and it’s been over 8 days absolute joke of a company

I ordered an American fridge freezer with Expert online having discovered the product was not available in my local store. I was assured delivery would be 5 working days. When I rang a week later, I was fobbed off with excuses that Expert were having issues with their courier service and given telephone number of the couriers to see if they would be better with a customer rather than Expert! Two hours later after speaking to the couriers Dublin and Cork offices I had no joy. Rang courier next day and they had no details of my order or delivery. Rang Expert again and this time spoke to a gentleman who was very helpful and extremely apologetic of the service. Got a text that evening from the courier that delivery would be the next day - 8 working days after order was placed. Our local Expert store is excellent, but I would not order again with Expert online. The service I received was very poor, and it really should not be up to the customer to chase couriers. In future if product is not available from my local store I will order with a different company. Fridge Freezer is fabulous and I would give the product 5 stars. Service was shocking, hence the one star

I ordered a Samsung tablet through a rewards programme at work. The item was being sold in your stores for €329 yet you charged €371.

Sent my item to wrong address I never received it.
Wouldn't recommend this website to anyone.

The delivery was really fast and the item I bought is delightful by any standards

I ordered a TV from expert.ie, unfortunately the TV I had ordered had some damaged stock issues but expert.ie informed me about this after ordering, and offered me a (more expensive) alternative rather than just cancelling my order. Great customer service.
