Achtung es ist eine Scam Börse. Wollte mit Arbitrage handeln beginnen und EXMO wird sehr häufig als Verkaufsplattform angezeigt. Das Geld / Krypto welche dorthin versendet werden tauchen in meinem Fall nicht auf. Habe alles geprüft, Adresse sind richtig, Transfer Status auf succes etc. nicht die Börse benutzen.

Scammers. I had a UK account, Exmo apparently now banned in the UK. Sent an email to EXMO asking to release my funds as I am not able to access my account. I was told by support that they would be able to convert my funds to bitcoin and sent to a new wallet. I agreed to this via reply to email- except on replying found they had blocked my email address. Sent numerous emails from other email addresses asking what what going on... no reply. Contacted there in app support- useless. So I am currently down around $400 with no means to withdraw the money that I put into exmo. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. KRACKEN is a much more ethical company to use for crypto services. PLEASE RESPOND AND SEND ME BACK MY MONEY EXMO.

Se devo trovare un neo a questo exchange, è il fatto che mi hanno chiesto i documenti per verifica residenza e identità solo nel momento in cui ho dovuto prelevare.
Avrei preferito me lo avessero chiesto al momento della registrazione.
Ma in compenso sono stati rapidi e velocissimi nel rispondere, nell'accettare i documenti e nel permettermi il prelievo, tutto nel giro di mezz'ora.
Ringrazio lo staff per l'efficienza e la correttezza dello svolgimento di tutta la pratica di autenticazione e prelievo.
A mio parere, un exchange affidabile con personale competente e capace.

i cannot withdraw my funds. your customer service is unhelpful and tells me trading is not allowed in the uk. i dont want to trade, i just want my money given back to me.

I was unaware that this company could not be used in the UK from Oct 2022. I have tried to withdraw my funds but the account is blocked due to being in the UK. I have contacted EXMO support but they say they have terminated contact with me due to their policy. In effect feels like they have stole my money because I can't withdraw it.

They pose as an investment group using a scam trading platform.

They have you transfer bitcoin btc into their account and then fake contract coin trades until you try to withdraw your money.

Then they lock you out and eventually disappear.

I’m using this platform for more than 4 years and more than happy to share my experience about it. Recently I had an issue while withdrawal my money to a bank card, somehow my transaction got status error without any information. I’ve contacted to support team and they sent me all information about my unsuccessful transaction and gave me instructions what I should do next. After following their instructions I ve got my money to card very fast. Except that issue everything is working smoothly for me. Definitely would continue to use this platform.

I've been using it more then 4-5 month.
I deposited about 2k euros via Sepa and waited a little longer than usual, but all funds was deposited. I recommend EXMO, the support here is best and TOP.

Este exchange dificultó, reteniendo, el dinero fiat de sus clientes españoles (al menos) impidiendo que lo pudieran retirar vía transferencia bancaria.
En concreto, el cliente de Exmo que se puso en contacto con nosotros, nos envió varios archivos en foto y en concreto, le hemos pedido actualización de los mismos, enviándonos un archivo en foto que acredita que intentó retirar el saldo total en euros a su cuenta en 3 ocasiones, el 01, 10 y 11 de agosto (siendo devuelta la transferencia a pesar de ser usuario avanzado), consiguiéndolo el 16 de agosto mediante transferencia SEPA, siendo la comisión que cobran en Exmo de 0,2% + 1€, aduciendo Exmo que tenían que verificar la cuenta, cuando en otros exchanges las retiradas son automáticas y sin coste. Por tanto, problema solucionado, pero tardiamente, transmitiendo Exmo una imagen al cliente que hacen que desaconsejemos este exchange. Si Trustpilot quiere le enviemos los archivos que acreditan lo que decimos, lo haremos, debiéndonos indicar un email de contacto.

It's a scam. They show prices higher than other exchanges to attract arbitrage traders, and then you can't withdraw the USD of those sells. Then the offer to trade USD for USDT for a crazy price so you receive less USDT, nd offer to exchange those USDT to USD Visa into some estrange Russian exchanges, at the end, they win the fees and you lost . Don't waste your time and mone on this scam.
