Anche io come tanti altri utenti sono stata ingannata. Prima chiedono poco e ti rimborsano anche . Ma dopo 100 euro che gli ho messi è cominciato calvario. Per recuperare volevano piu soldi . Poi sembrache dovevano rimborsarmi spuntato un altro problema . Dovevo dare anche 25% del importo per pagare IRPEF. E qui mi sono detta che c'era qualcosa che nn andava. Alla fine oggi pomeriggio vado alla polizia x fare la denuncia .

Nel momento in cui non si riesce a proseguire si perde il capitale investito perché la condizione è che bisogna portare a termine la missione per poter riscuotere. Le informazioni di base sono frammentarie e i livelli di investimento sono a sorpresa. Per riscuotere i tuoi soldi devi investire sempre più… e se chiedi che vuoi fermati, nn puoi, perché perderesti tutto… sembra una gabbia dove non hai via d’uscita!
Ho perso 1450 euro…

Le informazioni di base sono frammentarie e i livelli di investimento sono a sorpresa. Tutto al limite della legalità. È un amo da pesca lento. Exmo si nasconde dietro il furto di identità chiedendo all utente truffato di agire , conoscendo bene la ragnatela creata per nascondere l identità aziendale. Nel caso di indebito utilizzo del marchio a scopo di truffa dovrebbe essere exmo in primis ad agire per danno all immagine e rimborsare l incauto investitore che può provare il danno.

Inganno di farti entrare nel gioco, non rispettare le regole, la non cortesia del operatrice, insistenza del operatrice e moderatore di andare avanti senza nessun guadagno, l'impossibilità di riavere I tuoi soldi messi ....voler smettere è perdere tutto......NON E GIUSTO TRUFFARE LE PERSONE COSI. I sent TRX within TRX network from another platform to my wallet on EXMO, and it should arrive within seconds.
But! It never landed to my account. The support made me go through hell by providing video of this transaction, while video limit is only 20 mb - ridiculous! So I spent half a day trying to convert that video. Then they mentioned that I forgot some kind of tag, and now they have to add my funds manually. Never heard of any tag! I just put my walled address and network time, and the funds should arrive automatically - but apparantly, not with EXMO. It looks like they delay every transfer and see how far you can get into the trouble fighting with them for getting your own money.
I need my money, and the rates is highly volatile, and the whole thing is ridiculous, because crypto stands for instant and safe transfer, but it' not the case with such scammer platforms who steal people's money.
Now the support told me they will add the funds manually, but don't know how soon...

I was their user back when btc-e existed, but recently they started to allow themselves to do something simply inexplicable.

Backstory, I transferred 5000 usdt from my cold wallet, after which they blocked the withdrawal of funds, initially they presented it as if I allegedly logged in from a phone from one country, and through a browser via VPN, because of this their system worked and blocked. But after my explanations that I work in the IT sphere and the VPN is my personal, but they did not calm down, they decided to conduct a full check "where did I get the money?" and they are not satisfied with "personal savings", after which stupid questions began because of $5000... where did I get the money, where do I work, so that I could provide the entire chain of receiving funds, for example, from the bank to their wallet, they asked for documents about the address, my actual location, then they asked again if I was really there now (which made me a little wary). After providing all the documents, this was not enough for them, they continued to get on my nerves, then they asked for a tax return from my country and documents on the type of activity. But after repeated requests from my side to provide documents of their company, they simply ignored.

I tolerated their attitude for a long time, but there is a limit to everything, I think you need to file a lawsuit, not a single exchange behaves like this, I strongly do not recommend using the services of this company, a very high risk of scam, they behave arrogantly towards the client, because they are looking for reasons to accuse you of something and take your money.

It seems they forgot the idea behind the crypto industry, if they like forcing people to provide their personal data so much, they should open a bank and not work in this niche.

This is the worse crypto platform you can ever find online. They will disable your withdrawal and you will never get your funds back. After several emails sent to them, they keep forwarding same messages they sent previously as response. Useless and incompetent

Ho cominciato investendo 100€, avrei dovuto avere un profitto del 30%. In teoria arrivato, ma al primo round seguiva un secondo round in cui chiedevano investimenti maggiori. Può darsi che al termine del ciclo di 4 round (secondo loro il massimo) avrei effettivamente avuto un guadagno. Però mi sembra assurdo cominciare un investimento da 100€, vedersi poi chiedere 650€ e poi 1800€. Sarò vecchio stile ma non farò più niente senza una firma un contratto e tasse da pagare. Che significa lavoro Vip? Io ho solo messo qualche like su Instagram.

Sono dei truffatori che si nascondono dietro a un “progetto” che ti paga in base a delle operazioni che fai e poi in teoria vieni pagato. Ti pagano per un pó dopo ti bloccano il prelievo! State attenti. Ho perso 230€ che era il minimo, per fortuna.

Sono chiaramente truffe...dopo 4 giorni e il primo prelievo di 30 euro sono spariti... Inizialmente giustificavano l'impossibilità di prelevare dichiarando un aggiornamento del sistema (inesistente) e poi spariti...non risponde più nessuno... fortunatamente avevo messo meno di 200 euro..andati in fumo...
