What is the EXMo procedure to withdraw amount in USDT to Binance? Around 50000 USDT, First they ask for commission 15%, than tax 25% and now miner 12%..I have already spent a lot of money..I don't know what do to next. Pls someone help. Recently I have found the scam is happening at exmobcoin.com, guys pls be alerted, if some one can help us pls reply

All is fine with these guys until such time as you want your money then all of a sudden there is a technical problem and you cannot get your cash. I transferred my holdings to pounds, submitted a withdrawal request and nearly 2 weeks later nothing. I was then informed that there was a problem with GBP and I'd need to try another currency. Same thing happened with Euros and Dollars. Apparently I have to wait for them to 'fix' the problem which if I'm honest is likely to never happen. DO NOT GO NEAR THESE GUYS. It is clearly a scam.

The worst crypto exchange I've traded. Not for hodling. They'll wipe out you account with inactivity fees.

I was going open an account yesterday with this company.

First negative sign was a refused verification based on my drivers licence (which is by the way satisfactory to open an account, based on ther site). They asked me via email to send my ID (back and front), a selfie with a piece of paper showing EXMO and the current date handwritten on it (What??? Are you joking?) Finally, I was approved to make a deposit. I was careful enough to make a test transaction with 10$ only.

Next surprise: I can withdraw my funds (not via bank transfer or card credit, but to the very same crypto wallet I made the deposit with) only after address verification. Never mind, I sent them a photo of my residence permit (back and front again), issued by the local authorities. You may find out at this point that it was refused again. They were asking utility bills, bank statements, but I receive all these only electronically for years. A screenshot of my internet bill is not enough. I asked the rep what would be good for them, but he just copied their stupid and senseless regulations in five consecutive letters.

So at this point I can make deposits, but cannot withdraw my funds. I think this is simply stealing my money. I warn everyone to stay away from this company.

I have accounts both with crypto and forex companies, but I never experienced such difficulties with having total access to my own funds.

Great platform only issue is difficulties to withdraw as at first verification funds were requested then now request for additional activity is required prior withdraw.
Not really clear to understand why.
Customer service is not that helpfull as it filters and give standard reply.
Would prefer to receive proper answer and explanations.

Converted my USD to USDX that are lower that default USD without my permission!

My verification documents are not moving from the point of verification, it just shows validating and comes back to the pictures... What's the issue pls

Einmal stimmt der Name nicht, dann wiederum ist die Auszahlungsmethode (Sepa Banktransfer) falsch gewählt, was soll daran falsch sein?! Mann wird gezwungen wieder in Krypto wechseln und Auszahlen zu lassen, dabei werden bei 2k ca. 200€ Gebühren berechnet. BETRUG!!!

Don't use this company, they won't let you withdraw cash to you bank account. Its a scam ! Their support team are incompetent and the app is rubbish.

What a fake platform! For more than a month Usd withdrawal was unable. Today usd withdrawal restored for 3 hours! After that they stopped that function again! What the support told me? We restored it from mistake… unbelievable. Don’t waste your time…

I accidentally found the EXMO platform on the Internet, firstly, it is the convenience of the application. (passing verification in the application, convenient notifications come quickly, they can not be missed , a super and intuitive interface, even a child can cope, everything is legible and as clear as possible, I want to say thank you to the developers, you are super guys

They blocked all withdrawals and a few hours later the site went offline! Just like that, out of the blue!

First time ever I write here on trustpilot. The exchange wont deposit my tokens (or at least they are not showing on exchange), because of some "technical works on wallet", even so I can perfectly see the balance of the wallet on etherscan site and the tokens are there. I dont understand how this exchange still exists, I will give the issue to my lawyer if they dont deposit the tokens in 72 hrs, because in this case they would violate their own User Agreement. All positive valuations here seems to be FAKE. Be careful.

Thanks God I tried with only 100$, tried twice to withdraw to my card, says error, no money on the card no money on exmo account

UPDATE: Money was returned in TWO DAYS, nobody contacted me, so I leave this feedback here. Be careful.

They have a huge USD card withdrawal fee of 6.99% and a huge maker/taker fee of 0.3%, but the ratio of USD to any other currency is higher than 7.5%, so that makes up for the big fee. I decided to use it to get money on my card.

Tried to withdraw USD to my virtual multi-currency EU card. The money was debited from the EXMO account. I did not receive money on the card. The status of transfers in EXMO is "Error".

And now, the most interesting thing. Support says that they will consider this problem for 72 HOURS. I can't see my money on the card or in my EXMO balance and have to wait 72 hours to get my money back.

In addition, no one can explain to me why my payment did not go through, although the card meets all the withdrawal conditions. Support offered to pay with the same card again. To wait an additional 72 hours?

Now I have to transfer money with their huge fees back to crypto and withdraw my money at a loss and no one will pay me 72 hours of working time for blocked funds.

Very unpleasant impression from the company.
