Materials suggested for me to review in preparation were very good too.

The platform does not allow direct HTML editing, and the built in editor is extremely restrictive. It struggles with basic layout tasks such as placing images within text or creating more advanced formatting structures.

Overall, the experience felt clumsy and outdated, and the interface was not particularly intuitive or easy to use.

No signatures for months.

Try to cancel online - cannot login in.

Reset password - no reset email sent.

Try cancel on website - need to log in to get unique ID code.

Call up to cancel - they’re all on lunch.

Cancel DD.

They set up DD again.

Reply to email **which states reply to this email if you did not request cancellation** and get an automatic reply that email is not monitored.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received.

Avoid company at all costs.

I’ll get block the company from setting up DD and make them call me.

I’ve screen shot and have details of all my cancellation requests, ready for court.

We have been using the service for some time now and it has been great, we had a technical issue today that was very quickly resolved by Alan Stephenson. He helped us to understand the issue in simple terms so that it could be resolved with minimal effort.
