Graeme Smith provided exceptional support throughout the entire session. We joined via Teams and he guided us through every step with real expertise, patience, and clarity. During the meeting, we removed the old accepted domain from the previous subscription, enabled the necessary Exchange permissions, successfully ran the setup wizard, reconfigured the Exclaimer add-in, and imported the old template into the new subscription.
What stood out most was how helpful and in-control Graeme was throughout the whole process. He made what could have been a complicated migration feel smooth and manageable, and the live test at the end was successful with no issues at all. Truly excellent customer service — professional, efficient, and exceptionally supportive from start to finish.

The software works well according to our technicians; however, the billing and account support is terrible. The amount of turnover in these departments is incredible. Issues never get resolved because you can never speak to the same person. And as soon as you think you are making headway, poof they are gone!

I uploaded a special font which cause the signature to be rendered. And that gave me some problems, trying to design the signature so it looked nice. And I also a problem with all users being hit by the signature. But the support did a great job helping out. And now everything works fine.
Had issues setting up after migration…
Had issues setting up after migration from google to 365, team assisted really well fixing the config issue. Try the routing setup from edge in private and don’t attempt to start until exclaimer kill the google instance. Also make sure to download branding logos etc as they don’t export with the signature
