Criminally fraudulent company

Criminally fraudulent company. Advertise cheap prices for a good reason, it's the best way for them to steal your money.

Ordered from them on 8th January. Nothing showing on their tracking service until I contacted them on 18th, at which point the tracking miraculously updated within an hour, to show the item as being in transit and showing a tracking history. It's now 24th and the item hasn't moved since my initial contact.

This company is con, the positive reviews are almost exclusively fake reviews from Everzon employees, created purely to give the impression that this criminal company has any legitimacy at all.

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO EVERZON COMMENT BELOW

Everzon replied saying the item arrived but the courier company (admittedly, it's Hermes, a notably unreliable company) have emailed me to advise that the parcel is lost and I should contact the sender. Luckily, the bank were prompt to issue a refund.

AVOID EVERZON AT ALL COSTS, THEY'RE NOTHING BUT FRAUDULENT, CRIMINAL, MONEY-GRUBBING THIEVES.

Placed an order with this site 2 weeks…

Placed an order with this site 2 weeks ago after 5 days it still hadn't shipped I then contacted them and was told my order was out of stock and that it would not ship until February but to my surprise it was it was still for sale on their site so I contacted again and was told that it was an error on the site now again 1 week later it remains for sale on the site without the mention that they can not deliver it . I found this very annoying and feel like I am being tricked.So all I can do now is wait for them to ship my order..........

ich kann noch nicht viel sagen, da die erst Bestellung scheinbar verloren ging u. jetzt findet die Nachlieferung statt... aber ich hätte an euch eine Frage. Hat schon mal jemand eine Bestellung nach Österreich gemacht? Wenn ja, wie lange hat der Versand gedauert u. musstet ihr Zollgebühren nachzahlen?

I regret to buy from this website

I regret to buy from this website , they are not professional at all .
I bought many products (24H Delivery) the 1st January , i knew that they were on holiday until the 3rd January . The 5th i asked them why didn't you ship my order !! They just answered me (one of the products you ordered is unavailable 😳) , so here i asked to cancel this product and keep the others but they answered me that it's available and there was a mistake . So i just asked them to start the delivery but i'm in 6 days and nothing happened , they even ignore my messages and emails .
I don't advise any one to deal with them , it's an terrible experience 😖😖.
P.S : i have screenshots of everything

I have very mixed emotions about this site.

I have very mixed emotions about this site, becouse I oredered a Calibunr G2 around December 10 and my package sits in Hong Kong since December 14. I've got no email, or nothing about my delivery, only an SMS about some sale. Everson feels like a big scam, becouse on their Facebook page says the store is permanently closed. So I don't know how to feel about this site. I really hope my package is going to arrive sooner or later.

What customer service?

Why offer customer service if you’re not going to bother responding… tried emailing customer service, no luck… tried messaging /chatting during business hours, got an automated message that said…

…I even tried their skype, of course that was a bust also.
I ordered items from three other vape stores online at the same time, from them I received specific information regarding processing time for my orders and then actual real customer service representatives reached out to confirm the items had been processed and shipped, and in one instance an item I ordered had become out of stock and I had a real person texting me to find out if I wanted to refund that one item or if I wanted help finding an alternative option from the site. Now that’s customer service! If they can reach that level of customer service why can everzone not simply return an email

UPDATE...
Finally got through to someone who assured me the order had just been sent yesterday and that once it started tracking the order status would change to fulfilled.
this is great but the website advertised the item I purchased as 24 hour delivery... now it has taken over a week to process and additionally will take 10-15 days of actually shipping. I can't fault them for the shipping, I know the PACT ACT has screwed everyone over but I mean come on let's not advertise something as 24 hour delivery when it's not even processed in 24 hours, and additionally let's respond to our customer service emails 🤙🏼

Shipping fees are confusing. Don't make any sense.

My last time ordering was very disappointing to me due to shipping charges that don't make any sense (to me at least).
I am on disability and only have a very limited amount of money to spend for my wife and I. We usually have to get very outdated vaping equipment due to cost.
I was watching the last flash sale for the Vapefly Kriemhild box mod kit and the Digiflavor Torch for my wife along with a few other things that were on sale.
Thinking that we were finally going to get something that was pretty much up to date I was checking the site periodically to see when the items I was looking for went on sale.
Finally they were but I only had a limited time to purchase them before the sale on those items ended. No problem I thought. Was I ever wrong. Imagine my surprise when the shipping was double the price of the items!
So now I had to go through my cart and see what was driving up the shipping like that. When I finally found the major problem (it was the $1.99 everzon building mat, NOT the Kriemhild box mod kit or the Digiflavor Torch), the sale was over.
Just like that.
Back to my old junk mods.

Because of the epidemic, the air transportation cost has increased, and the logistics companies have been raising prices, but we haven't raised prices recently.
Moreover, the freight is also determined by weight. So the price is reasonable, and we can't reduce the freight in the short term.
But in the near fuyure, if the epidemic situation improves and the flight pressure decreases, we may reduce the freight rate.

Бесконечная доставка

Заказал 10 ноября товар. Сегодня 18 декабря а товара нет. Сначала было все нормально, медленно но мой заказ двигался в сторону моего адреса. И вот он вылетел в Россию, написано на сайте "где посылка" что он отправлен в доставку по стране. И вот прошло ровно 10 дней, моей посылки так и нет, и статус не меняется. Писал в тех поддержку everzon, не отвечают. По итогу за низкими ценами, стоит обман, не рекомендую этот магазин. Скорее всего мой заказ так и не приедет, и деньги не вернёт никто. Placed an order on November 28th

Placed an order on November 28th, I sent an email about 2 - 2 1/2 weeks later asking what was taking so long with my order, it was only 1 thing, & no response at all. Now I just want a refund.

Shipping status not accurate or untruthful, either one not worse than the other.

When I place a order and then receive a email with tracking number stating it has been shipped; I expect to be able to track the package. Two days after being told item was shipped I still can't track package due to number not being recognized by shipper. Communication by you should be truthful and based on actionable information you have provided me. It is not so how can I rate your communication with me as anything other than bad?

Update: Went from 1 star to 4 stars. Tracking is now working and product being delivered soon and within the time frame I was told. Shipping information still not what it should be but I can't fault Everzon for the shipping company.
