Regarding Batteries: As stated in our product listing, the Aegis Legend 5 kit does not come with batteries included.
Specification: External Dual 18650 batteries (not included).
Purchase: We do not sell batteries directly, but they are readily available for purchase locally or online.
Important Note: Please ensure the batteries have a flat top (flat surface on both ends). This is required to ensure the battery door closes properly.
Regarding E-liquids: The Aegis Legend 5 is compatible with a variety of e-liquids, including both freebase and salt nicotine options.😊

This is a AAAA store!

This is a AAAA store!! When I ordered my devices, I didn't think about the "pre-order " taking a month to get here. I emailed Geekvape about it taking so long. They quickly replied and offered me one that was in stock. Different model, but better model. Didn't even charge me for the difference!! I am telling you, ORDER FROM THEM!!

Of course the product took some time to be sent out but for it to come directly from the manufacturer and not from a third party distributor was an added benefit

wtf is gofo?

I have always purchased my mods from local shops. Due to flavored juice laws in California, I have stopped going to shops for anything other than coils, which I may stop doing soon as well. I went on the Geek Vape website to look around and was amazed by the Aegis Hero 5 design. It’s perfect. I ordered one.

Since I have never purchased from Geek Vape directly before, I wasn’t 100% confident that I had purchased from a legitimate source, especially when I started receiving tracking notifications that my “GoFo” package was on the way. I was like “wtf is gofo, bro”.

I also received shipping/tracking notifications regarding the shipping insurance I purchased for $1, which was confusing to my resin-coated Gen X mind. It reminded me of a time in the early 2000’s when I tried to purchase an Xbox from eBay and just received the user manual, later to read in the original item description that it was, in fact, JUST the user manual I was ordering. Lame! And I was like, “I’m ordering from geekvape. wtf is gofo?”

Somewhere during the ordering process for my Aegis Hero 5, there was a disclaimer stating that the item would either be shipped or would arrive within 1-5 days. I’m very dumb so I immediately was confused as to which it was. Lucky for me, my package arrived 3 days from ordering it. That was awesome.

Package arrived in tact, at my front gate. It had “GoFo” on it, and I was like “ooohhhh”. GoFo and GeekVape are somehow same-same?

Everything about this ordering process was perfect. Good job, guys.

This has been such a horrible experience. Put an order on March 24th was going to be a bday present and STILL TILL this day nothing has been shipped I was told the coils that had nothing on the website saying it was pre-order that they would get there last week and order would be shipped immediately. Have sent out 3 or 4 emails nothing has gotten done. Very sad and very extremely poor customer service.

It's been about 10 years since I bought…

It's been about 10 years since I bought a new mod system. I had the original Aegis Legend. This new Legend 5 feels just like the original and is still the same high quality. I couldn't be happier with my choice.

WHERES MY VAPE?

I’m hoping I can return at a later date and give a more positive review. I ordered my boost pro 3 about 8 days ago. It still has not been delivered or is even on route.

I contacted customer support via email and chat. Took almost 24 hours for response and the email didn’t make much sense. It’s march and they are talking about a holiday they just returned from,..? Also these reviews are pretty much the same complaints I’m having with the geek vape store. Customer service is a joke, long wait times on packages, and not clear language regarding the products and their availability.

Im really hoping that everyone is wrong and that I DO RECEIVE MY VAPE I ORDERED IN A TIMELY MANNER. Customer service really does need to improve on the geek vape website.

Got my fingers crossed but I’m not holding my breath.

My experience with Geekvape was largely positive, with the exception of their response time to customer inquiries. It took approximately a week and a half for them to respond; however, once contact was established, they effectively resolved my issue. Consequently, I have assigned a four-star rating.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience

I have been a loyal Geekvape customer since 2014, which makes this experience incredibly frustrating and honestly unacceptable.

I ordered the Rainbow Aura Legend 5, and the device arrived dead on arrival (DOA). While defects happen, what followed is where this completely fell apart. I submitted a warranty claim on 12/31/2025 and did not receive a replacement until 02/10/2026 — more than a month later with no sense of urgency or meaningful communication.

To make matters worse, the replacement I finally received was not what I originally purchased. It was the wrong color, despite my warranty claim clearly reflecting the original item. When I reached out to customer support to correct this, I was told that they are “on holiday” until the end of February and that the incorrect color sent is simply what I have to deal with.

That response is unacceptable. Being told to just accept an incorrect replacement after waiting over a month — especially as a customer of over 10 years — shows a complete lack of respect for customer loyalty and basic service standards.

This entire process felt dismissive, slow, and careless. Long warranty delays, poor communication, and ultimately being told I have no options is not how a reputable company should treat its customers. After supporting Geekvape for over a decade, this experience has seriously damaged my trust in the brand.

I would not recommend the Geekvape store based on this experience.
