Disappointing customer service
Received my item and within a couple of days it suddenly stopped working. Contacted the company to inform them of this and they haven't gotten back to me since, which is now nearly two weeks ago. Usually really pleased with the service, hence the two stars, but after receiving no response following my issue, it's definitely made me wary

Is a total scam that has costed me a lot of time. They make these sales for up to 90% is discounted and when the time arrives. Items are already out of stock for that offer. I’ve tried it multiple times by checking in with them and I was told just to wait for another one and nothing has ever changed

Покупал атомайзер (бак) на Drag 3. Долгое время товар поддержка не отвечала. Когда ответила, выяснилось, что товара нет в наличии и надо ждать его прибытия на склад. Запросил средства обратно, но мне предложили купоны, скидки и т.д. Запрашивал повторно возврат средств, но поддержка написала, что не может вернуть деньги из-за проблем с моей картой и приложили зафотошопленные скриншоты. По итогу деньги так и не вернули, а поддержка перестала отвечать

Took my money real fast on 9oct but even today 01nov I have no tracking #, no package, no reply from there support, no answers from anyone. I feel like they stole my money and won't provide the product they promised and won't provide a refund. SCAM-DONT BUY ANYTHING

J'aurai pu mettre 5 étoiles au lieu de 4 mais j'en ai retiré une pour la longueur de la réponse à mes mails demandant où se trouver mon colis car ce dernier est resté en transit en Chine durant plus de 3 semaines. Leur réponse avec nouveau numéro de suivi international et explication furent bonnes.
