I bought two of these same make lights from screwfix last year for a massive £60 each ..To finish my steamboat project I needed another 4 so I went back to screwfix for more , well they didn't have any! So I went online and blow me down there the were at £14,95 each for 4 foots the same as I bought . But out of stock ! They had 5 foots for a pound more so I bought six @ £ 15.95 each post free I could not believe the mark up screwfix stuffed me with , the lights are superb full steam proof ip67 and virtually un breakable GREAT BUY thanks

I ordered some GU10 bulbs. The system was very simple and very clear.
To my surprise the bulbs arrived in the morning mail the next morning.

Altogether a 5 star star service.

I placed an order for Two Sylvania lights on Thursday 2nd February on an expectation of next day delivery as stated on their web site front page.(This has now been changed to same day despatch) After waiting in all day Friday I discovered looking at the small print the delivery would be 1-2 days. So I waited all day on Saturday and Monday. I rang on Monday and was told they did not have enough stock despite their web site stating that it did and STILL did a couple of days later. Money has already been taken from my account and NO notification of the expected delay has been received (except by my phone call). Very poor communication until the items were actually despatched a week later
The only upside was the items were received, well packed and the next day from despatch.

Easy to order, sufficient tech info to select appropriate product. Product delivered within expected timeframe. Product has performed above expectations (so far!)

Ordered product on Sunday and was delivered Wednesday. They said on website for the product, allow 2 days for despatch, so they met their promises. Product was exactly as ordered, so I was pleased.

There is some ambiguity of the wattage of these on the web site.

Good product, good price and quick delivery too. Some confusion over delivery which may well have been down to DPD. Received email stating 1 hour delivery slot. 20 mins later received another email saying delivery cancelled due to non receipt of parcel. But delivery arrived during stated slot anyway! Odd.

Ordered the Megaman 74mm long LED's in cool white to replace the old energy saving bulbs we had in our bathroom and wow! what a difference they've made. Excellent price, product and delivery service. Will definitely use again.

Website states free delivery in UK for orders over £50 . My order was in excess of £50 therefore expected free delivery. I discovered when the order was complete I was charged for delivery but not the standard charge. I was charged £8.99 which I thought was excessive. On further investigation my address was classed as being located in the Highlands & Islands of Scotland which is ridiculous I suggest they look at a map of the UK . I shop online regularly and have never been charged above the standard charge. Needless to say I would never use this company again .
