Scam company, never sent the bulbs. Tried to call and it’s just an answering a machine. Emailed multiple times with no response. Raising a dispute to get my money back.

No place to sign into website to check order status - no ETA of delivery time
When placing my order i was invited to create an account (username and password) I assumed this was to be able to sign into my account to check order status/review invoices etc. After placing my order, I received an email to give me my order reference. I noticed that there was no delivery ETA either upon ordering or in this email. I went back to the website to sign in with my newly created account and noticed there there was nowhere to sign in... My order was being shipped to Ireland and there was no information on the website to set my expectations for how long i should wait. I guess i would have had to contact customer services via the email on their website but the point i am making is that i shouldn’t have to take that extra step.
The order took a week to arrive which is a little slow considering i was charged £9.99 for shipping 10 bulbs!
Therefore because of the lack of detail when placing my order, the lack of options to check on my status of my order I give this 3 stars.
This is no reflection of the product bought. The bulbs all work fine 1 week in.

Great service
Great service received from these guys. A very easy website to use with, largely, only quality products to choose from at good prices. Easy to search through the massive amount of different bulbs etc and clearly promoted sale items. Delivery was very quick, correct and well done for recycling pre-existing packaging - gold star on your environmental tick list. I very much approve.
Highly recommmended.
